Hello-I purchased the above bed 2/21/2020, delivered 3/13/2020. he bed is sagging where we sleep and has a huge lump in the center. I've reached out to the rep at the Wayzata, MN store 3-4 times. Two of those times she said the Manager would contact me, not response! I then call customer care and was given an invoice#. No one would help me! I've been round...

JCP my account

I got billed for $.13. From what I could make out from talking to someone in your customer service, there was confusion on the amount I owed, and what I payed. I can't believe that JCP is that hard up for money, that they would bill me for $.13. As much as I shop at your stores, and what I drop in money, that I would get a bill for lousy $.13. From talking to the lady, she told me that I had until 16/19 Aug 18 to pay the $.13, and they wanted the money. From this, I will start being frugal about shopping at any JCP from now on and how much money I spend. I always pay my bills on time, and I pay at least 4 sometimes 5 times the amount that I owe.

A very UNHAPPY customer.

JCP stafford mens pocket tees

I have been trying for nearly two months to place an online order for Mens Stafford Pocket Tees size large. I would like to know if these will ever be online again? They continually say "out of stock"

I am disabled and cannot get to the store so "online" is good for me.

I have left several messages and ask for a return phone call from the JCP store in
Carson City Nv. No calls have been returned.

Please let me know how I can order some of these shirts?

JCP online order

I made an online order from Jcp never had a problem with ordering before. My order arrive on time one of the boxes that I receive was something that I did not order but that package had that item number on the it, I order clothes and they sent a cuisinart food spiralizer I called spoke with a some one that said to I had to send the item I didn't order back not a problem but she then say to me that I had to reorder that item I wanted mind you I already paid for the item but she said I had to pay for it again then when they received the wrong item they would credit me back I have been in retail for over 20 years and not only is this not right it's not my fault that this happen so I ask to speak to a supervisor and she puts me on hold for 30 mins spoke with her and she tells me the same thing but try to turn it around as if that wasn't how it was and the only thing that I'm saying is that this is a inconvenient to me because not only I'm I having to the time to send back something I didn't order I'm having to pay for the item twice and been in a supervisor position I feel like she have taken care of her customer by saying to to me send the wrong item back and we are send you the item you should have received instead of putting me through this as if I pack the item all I want is what I order nothing more nothing less and I am a paying customer and I should be treating fairly because this is not fair to me and it's Christmas

JCP worthless mds in outlet store in louisville ky

while on vacation in louisville kentucky, my wife noticed a jc penney outlet. Having been a shopper at regular stores where some quality seems to exist, she thought the same degree of quality would be offered there. Not so. The pieces of crap towels purchased there, did not even survive ONE washing. They literally fell apart. Royalty brand was the name, and i'm sure they must be some off the wall import. I'm really surprised a company as large as JCP would even allow such crap on their shelves, but obviously they do. What this has done to erode our customer confidence in the entire company has forced us to shop elsewhere. They spend countless millions to woe the customer into thinking their product is affordabl;e quality, when in fact, they are just part and parcel of consumer scam when this trash is openly sold in any store that bears their logo. Shame on you JCP. you USED to be a quality supplier of softgoods. I'm sure that if we tried to take this crap back to a regular store they would refuse a refund.

I have used JCP for many years, I also know the company was started by a christian man and I don't think he would agree with homosexuals advertising for a family store! I will close my account and start going some where else! This is not a natural life style this has nothing to do with discrimination. This would be the same if they were adulterers or anything else that has to do with sex! This is a choice a sexual preference, they can not even reproduce, so how is this normal? If they want to keep it to their selves then no one would have to complain because they would know what was going on in their bedrooms! I like JCP, but I will close my account!

I forgot my purse in the public ladies restroom in JCP. After about 3 minutes I realized I had left it in the restroom. I saw the janitor coming out. My purse and wallet were unzipped and all my cash gone. Everything else was left in it. I confronted the janitor. He denied having my cash and lifted his shirt to show me he didn't have it. I made him go with me to the manager. The manager took him into his office and questioned him and the janitor still denied he had my cash. I demanded the manager go with me back into the restroom to see if the janitor hid my cash somewhere there. We also checked his utility cart. To no avail. Before I left the store I called the police to file a complaint. Police came to JCP. I told them the story and they spoke to janitor and store manager. They listened to my story and said the janitor probably hid it somewhere else before they got there. I found out that JCP hires the janitor through a temp accency. I found out myself that this janitor has an arrest history. Nothing else has been done. I felt the store manager was not at all concerned how this was handled. I called JCP corporate office too. They made the store manager call me and apoligize but nothing else was done. I'll never shop at JCP again and I'll be sure to tell anyone I can never to shop there . I was on vacation so my time spent there was spoiled.
