Sold us undisclosed wrecked car
Kia of Cape Coral sold my daughter and me a used car and did not tell us that it has been wrecked, has after market brakes that weren’t installed correctly. It has many problems which were not disclosed. We were given a six month warranty from KIA which wasn’t honoured and We were told it was under warranty with Nissan and we found out the warranty is void...

KIA of Cape Coral in Cape Coral FL sold us a 2020 Nissan Altima SR and said it was still under warranty and also gave a KIA six months warranty. They didn’t disclose that the car had been wrecked and had many problems.
