damaged my yard and patio
They were contracted to replace the drain field by the previous owner and as best restore the landscape to pre work levels. They brought in heavy equipment and dug deep and wide trenches in the back yard piling all the sod with soil, making it impossible to reuse. They brought in too much 20mm construction rock and spread it out on the back yard so it needs to be raked before topsoil can be brought in. They removed shrubbery they said were in the way and left shrubbery on the lawn to die along with their plywood that killed more grass. They dug a rut along the side of the house instead of putting down plywood to drive over. They left slightly smaller then golf size rocks spread along the side yard. When I called their office to ask for a rep to see what was done, I was informed that any damage or repair work required after they left was the homeowners responsibility. They left half My back yard an uneven dirt mess and they would not even send a rep out to talk about it. I'm stuck with a two to three thousand dollar mess according to one landscaper who gave Me a bid thanks to their poor work ethic and cavalier attitude. I have had the misfortune of dealing with the employees in the past for overcharging. Come look at My backyard and patio before You hire these people and if You do, get it in writing too. I have included some pictures of their handy work. I have more pictures if You want to witness the full tilt craftsmanship and handy work. I would never run a company like this, but they have been getting away with it for years now.

Over charging a bid
Was quoted 400.00 dollars for a septic pump service. When operator showed up at My residence, He intentionally pump an extra sand filter tank that did not need pumping. I was charged an additional 158 dollars plus tax (80.00 for disposal and 76.00 for labor to do a teen minute job I never authorized. I called and complained and was told My spouse authorized this additional service. This is a lie as She never discussed the pumping with the operator. I told Kingsgate this and they stand behind their dishonest employee 100 percent.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
