This is basically the same idea as the Nigerian millionaire who wants you to cash a bunch of checks and launder money for them. The company wants you to "collect" money from their customers...and in turn, you get a cut of this money. You provide them your bank routing info for "ease of transfer".
Do not give these people any information at all about yourself. Do not even return the email or phone call.
