Land Home Financial Services mortgage

Selective; predatory. This co. Will soon fall because they do not know who they are messing with! Contacted them in good faith about a mortgage loan and got a grumpy old man from the state that i'm moving to, posing as a "loan officer"... Who "worked with mortgages for 20 yrs." but his attitude said otherwise.
He spoke over me not letting me even finish asking questions, until I told him not to, actually then ge continued to. I said, - you clearly don't want to help me, and you've been doing this for 20 years - yeah right! I not using your co. For a mortgage! - and hung up the phone on him.
I then contacted the call center "manager" a bag who acted as though she couldn't stand talking about a "complaint". And she tried backing him up. I just said, "o.K. - stop! There is nothing to back up about him!" and hung up on her.
Then I contacted the management team. Sent out five emails and heard back from one idiot who promised - actually after he "didn't promise to fix the problem" he then promised that if there was another lender in that state from them, that they would be "professional". He said he didn't take it "lightly" when emoyees act this way. As if! Then my phone number was blocked from their call center after I didn't hear back from them. I told him a lawsuit may come out of it, and it looks like that's what they want.
Plus I said from the beginning of the conversation that I was labelling them predatory because of the hateful acts of their employees. No lie. They are predatory and proved it in detail. The funny thing is that most companies try to hide it and they have proved it dilligently!{drum roll and symbol - you can laugh now!} predatory acts are illegal, and as I was irate and they are full of b.S., their company does not stand a chance! I'm free to do as I please with my money and my life - yes, I have plenty of freedom! And taking money from them will be even better! There's this thing about predatory lenders and housing and urban development knowing about them... And the correct terms are: sink, sank, sunk! Out cha go biotches! Wooo! - free woman and free spirit! U can't get me suckers - 'cause I don't suck it up - but you'll have to now! Wooo!

Land Home Financial Services no response for settlement agreement

I participated in a mortgage settlement offer (from DBI) administered through LHFS. The deal was to satisfy mortgage debt by paying off with a discounted cash. After the money was sent over per agreement, there has been no single piece of paper coming back. Every time I called, they just referred me to legal rep. who in turn kept asking for patience without anything in official writing or meaningful response. I was told to wait for 90 days and now it's been 145 days. Could this be a fraud of some kind with intention to get quick money? Anybody in the same or similar situation with LHFS? Can they be trusted?

Happy Ending for Full Closure. The case has been closed with a touch-down and goal. Thankful to Mr. G. Ramey for his close monitoring during the fourth quarter to ensure no more misses and all moves are carried out per game plan. It was a happy ending. Wish the same for all LHFS customers!

Update: I admire LHFS' prompt corrective action from Mr. G. Ramey who took initiative to pick up the dropped ball with sincere intent to cure the overlooked deficiency in his best capability. I appreciate the honest effort from LHFS towards customer satisfaction. The case now appears to be back on track and in good hands going forward pending DBI's cooperation.
