I have been a member of Legal Shield for 2+ years living in Arizona. The only legal team they have contracted with in this state is Miles Davis McQuire and Gardner. Legal Shield unethical behavior

Offering a service they cannot deliver on. If you disagree with them, the issue is settled by their standards, not concerned about you! If you're Spanish speaking or bilingual a Spanish speaking attorney is not available or doesn't return calls, racist.
Will extract monies for membership, but don't deliver on services!
Rude!

Beware! CEO, bad choice!

Legal Shield legal services

I was contacted by Zora Moore from Legal Shield, was promised all sorts of things, including a will and collection letters for my business. Spent $673.70 and got absolutely nothing. Except a bill for another six months for another $676.00. They promise you free legal help for a monthly fee. I paid for 6 months up front and then got absolutely no legal help what so ever! Its just a scam! Once they got my money I got nothing.

I got Legal Shield and Identity theft protection plan in 2007, when it was called PrePaidLegal (PPL).

I was not sold in to it. My boyfriend had it, when we moved in together, he simply added me in to the plan at no extra cost. I had no idea what it did, covered or how it works.

My boyfriend called them 2 weeks after and requested the will paperwork. I filled it out and took it to them, a mile away. We live in Las Vegas, Nevada.

About 2 months latter I was struggling with a big cellular phone company. They wanted me to pay for a phone that I had never owned in a town 400 miles away. Multiple calls I explained that it was not me, and time and again they argued and demanded $300+ payment. A was frustrated. At that point, I had been living in Las Vegas for over a decade. The bill was from 6 years prior. My boyfriend told me to call PPL. I had no clue what to expect from PPL. I did and PPL requested the bills and asked me to fill in a questioner to act on my behalf. A month later I got another envelop in the mail from the ⚡Vig🗼 cell phone company. It read "Please inform your attorney that no further action will be needed. We regret any inconvenience this matter may have caused you. We determined that you were a victim of identity theft. We will remove this from your credit history and there is no balance due.

I have had other legal issues and I have called them. The reception desk takes notes and tells me that an attorney will call me, and they do on the same day.

My boyfriend became my husband and he still pays for the membership. It's now March 2023. I have gone to the information meetings once a year because they always have updates. I have shared my experience with their service. If I have a problem with a return, utility bill, traffic ticket, mortgage issues and more. No, I don't sell it, I just use it.
