they stole my money
These people have taken 49.98 from my acct. and will not repay it back. I never heard of them and i realize they are a fraud.
when calling they keep beating around the bush. they will not let me speak to a higher power for help. I filled out their forms and they are still telling me i am denied. please someone help me. my cancellation number is 5725470
these people have just taken what they wanted and now i'm in a bind. can someone help me on what to do?

UNAUTORIZED CHARGES
Approximately 1 week and a 1/2 ago they took 34.19 outta of my bank acct without my permission, I should say stole from my account, I immediately called my bank because from them taking money they also made 2 over draft charges to my acct for a total of 68.00 plus 34.19, I just got off the phone again with this company and the CS refused to let me speak to a supervisor, they have hurt my reputation with my bank. this is embarassing and humiliating they are very nasty they should be put out of business please i want my money back plus the fees that incured from them stealing from me. help please help

i have never heard of this company but some how they got my bank account and withdraw 34.19 out of my account i called them and they told me to go to libertyclubrefund.com so i did i filled out all the info and they still denied to give me back my money i need help how can i do it so they give me back my money plz HELP
was on line for pay day loan donot remember signing up for anything please refund my money and the 35 dollars the bank is going to charge me because there was not enough funds because i had no idea it was coming out i will be checking my account on a daily basis to see if you have refunded my money my cancellation code is 4682005 thank you Laurel Palmer
I never signed up for the club at all now they wont refund my 50 bucks. they said i knew what i was doin

stop trying to trick people by putting all this stuff up when they are trying to take care of business
people do make mistakes but this is not the first time this has happened but i was not sure what to do now i do
unauthorized charges taken from account
Liberty club claims that i applied for a discount club with them. i applied for a payday loan and the company sent my information to different lenders which is how they got my information. i did not apply to last chance pay day loan. i cant even find their website now. i did not apply for liberty discount. i never recieved a loan from last chance pay day. i want my money back. i did not authorized this. rasheeda [protected]@msn.com. times are hard and innocent people don't need places like this taking advantage of them. it's bad enough that the government is doing it. i would please like to have my money back. if i was applying for a pay day loan, what makes you think i have money to apply to some discount club? think about it.

Well, lets see what happens, I to had $34.91 cents taken out of my checking account. I called there number and talked with someone I could hardly understand. But she did give me the web-site for the refund. They are suppose get back to me in 72 hours. But this is wrong. I received nothing telling me this was going to happen. Good business practice would be nice. Like we will be taking monies out of your account are you sure you want this. I know this to much to ask for. Will let you know the out come...
I applied for a payday loan back in August 25 but on September 29 I noticed and withdrawl of 34.19 from bank account . When I investigated it I saw it was a check made out to LibertyClub Discount. I never signed up with this company I immediately called them and after some run around they gave my cancelation number and the refund website. I filled out more information and they told me to wait 72 hours for my refund. I waited the 3 days only for them to tell me that I wasn't getting a refund because they did not notice any third party tampering. When I told them I nver signed up with this compnay it was as if it was falling on deaf ears. I demanded to speak to a supervisor but of course they never connected me to anyone. I had call three diffrent times and use the chat line to get anywhere with these people finally they said I shall recieve a refund between 7-10 days. I don't believe them so I am having my bank complete a check fraud investigation on this crooked company.

SPOOFING emails is extremely easy.. What a spoofed email is - a scam artist that is copying an email address so they don't get caught, directly. They make it look more "professional".
It's a scam, same as all the rest. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly for a scam or this "company" then call your bank and have the funds stopped while you demand a refund for a scam/shady business.
No matter what --- if you CALL THE BANK and be HONEST they will help ... Bank is on my speed dial. I love my bank - they help with everything, even those...sad days. ----------> Just remember our WORLD is in a bad time right now (income issues), people will try ANY and EVERY thing to get some change - don't believe everything you read!

That happened to me too.Liberty discount club electronically deducted $34.19 from my checking.Called their 1-877 number, cancelled my acct, they told me to wait 72 hours for my money to get back but nothing happened.Called them back again, i was told to check my email, fill out some needed info to complete my refund, after 1 day of waiting i was told that money cant be refunded...After a week, unknown company UPSave stole $23.96 from my account.Called their 1-877#, told me money non-refundable..I called my bank immediately and closed my account...Don't ever ever apply for any paydayloan online if you don't want your money to be stolen by online frauds..
