Letter of Complaint

To: The Management
Good Day! In behalf of regular employees I made this letter for such reasons. I remain silent after a few months of resigning as Production Planning, same as all Line Leaders who resigned and here is another chance of broughting it up. It is obvious that you’re still doing UNFAIR treatment to us. You still didn’t recognized us as your regular employee, nor you always treat us an ordinary people/worker. This is not envy or jealousy that you think of, which made us to be upbeated and frustrated, hello!? It’s clearly UNFAIR! When we are in position, we do requested the said increase, but you simply ignored it rather than to talk about it. And now, successors and the other were taken all their request on time. What was that?! Sad to think that we need to sacrifice our positions to give way to their allowances. It’s not just you based only to our performance and attendance, if you really know us, you should realize how can we go these far and not just what you see or hear by some instigator. So, this is it, they are the one you should be proud of? Well for us it’s a big NO. We did not seen effective/ responsible leaders here(though we didn’t mean were the one). They were doing the same thing, self-interest flows and we did not seen or feel any changes, its obvious. It’s not point-fingering, truth lies beyond their action. But actually they are not the real issues here. The instinctive question here is when something goes wrong, who’s to blame? You have to ask yourself, what we’re trying to accomplish here? What are goals we want here? Effective leadership and management must think like, at the end of the day, what you want to do is to create effective action that makes this better without hurting someones feeling. Our real goal here is to improve the situation. You must conceptualized that we(the regular employee) must be included in all parts of the PROCESS, every step of the way.
We’re also the one whom made a big contributions here. Everyone wants to be valued. But how could you do this to us? Do you think we’re able to grow further with the way you’d strategized like that? It deffinitely paved another roots of resentment from us. Teamwork is the key here, not hierarchy and self-interest. We must be treated us fair individuals, you should acknowledge our importance and show respect. The people first, not your own interest. Hardwork must be encouraged, recognized and rewarded not the way you select only by your finger.Everyone responds to expectations, if you treat people as if we are capable and smart, and get out of the way, thats exactly how we perform.You can’t expect people, to do things that you wouldn’t do yourself. You’ve got to care us sincerely the same level of respect back. There is nothing to ashamed with this letter, we’re just complaining our RIGHTS you did’nt give to us. Please give us a clear statement regarding to this matter and explain personally. That’s how crucial for us to know and understand. Dont let this simple arguments somehow deliberately turned to big issue. Does the top management (Japan) know all about this thing? We’re to deaf for such promises you uttered. We’re afraid that someday, we had no space or place in this company, or it’s just part of your plan. So if you had a little conscience, give us what we want. The RIGHTS, the BENEFITS/ ALLOWANCES, and FAIR treatment, no favoritism. We do not want to offend our Christmas presence, or interrupt such celebration, we just want to know the real time/date as what you promised. Don’t be too selfish, we’re both make money by our own sweat, but don’t use money for covering mouths’s. Don’t let KARMA strikes upon. This is not strike or barricades, it’s just simple request..
