Refund
I bought a couple playbooks from these guys and they sent me them but they did not work... After two days, the sent me the working ones only to find out that the plays were not for me and they were very complicated and wasn't what I expected... I contacted them because they guaranteed a refund and the guy emailed me back ONE time and never replied to me again! Knowing that he can receive my emails, I came to the conclusion that he is or whoever it is is ignoring me and does not want to refund me the money! This is very wrong for them to do that and now I feel ripped off ! Now there is no way to get my money back ! Any help?

Product not recieved
Paid for the product their website indicates the you will receive your product within 30minutes of payment I never got what I paid for just opened up a dispute with Pay-Pal which of course they informed that since this product is digital all the merchant has to do is say they sent it and I won't get my money back I'm contacting my bank to stop payment to this fake site
Sent 2 emails and haven't got my ebook bit they took my cash
Just another Madden website owner who is jealous that his product is inferior, so he tries to damage my rep instead of fixing the problem with his website.
