Scam Artist
Mark Goles has been charged with several counts of deception and is continuing to solicit items for sale online and collecting money without making good on the delivery of the items. In addition he is selling tickets online for events that are falsely being listed and promoted.
Mark Goles is deceiving community members in Indiana, Florida, Illinois, and California with his latest project, websites, and working partners (including Andrea Eve), which he using a way to lure money out of people.
Based on the current charges against him and his continued behavior I felt it was necessary to inform the public. This site will provide as documentation of Mark Goles deception as well as photo and video evidence of Mark Goles current location and film endeavors and various other projects.
He is doing the scam again on Craigslist in NYC with this phone number...

BEWARE OF MARK GOLES This Guy Goes On Craigslist and puts an ad for a canon DSLR For a Good Price . Tells me to send the money and he will send the Camera Next day shipping . This was On Jan 29 2009, still till this day i have not received anything and it is 3/2/09, He keeps giving me excuse after excuse, Never do business with this person, he will not send anything Beware ! He sounds like a nice person but thats how he blinds you . This guy goes on Craigslist and will take your money .He tells you he has these websites and that he does movies produces and tells you a whole lot of stuff that has nothing to do with sending anything just to gain your trust . He will give you fake tracking numbers from usps and Dhl
Now he is an absolute stalker. I fear for my duaghter's safety. He is impersonating her online. He is placing terrible images online. He has hacked into her emails repeatedly and is showing up in places where she lives. This is scary stuff. I worry he plans to hurt her more than he already has. She lives in fear . If you know this man please help. He is crazy and dangerous.
Wow, glad my kids don't know their dad (Mark Goles) he walked out on them when they were 2 and 3 and they are now 11 and 12. Every contact I have tried to make with him he has shot down. I've never asked him for anything or taken him for child support and for some reason he refuses all my attempts to contact him. Now, after doing a search of him on google and seeing everything that he has done to people over the last 9 years I'm glad that he walked away, saves my kids the heartache when he finally does get locked up, cuz they don't really know him to begin with.

So, Considering Andrea never talked to you, put any of the advertisements out, and was never specifically charged, I fail to see why people need to drag her into this. and hey, news flash, she isnt his only employee. So why focus on her? Because your being petty because you got ripped off and she happened to be the other prominent figure on all his websites. ANd i am not saying that you dont have a right to be upset. But stick to the person who screwed you insted of people who had nothing to do with it. and theres no way she doesnt know what he has been doing? does your boss tell you intimate details about what he does in private? of course not. to assume that she would know just because she works for him is simply assinine. Plus if you had any actuall proof she was involved you would have posted it already. I am also surprised action wasn't taken against richard. While the information provided might have been available elsewhere, it easily could constitute stalking the way the laws are now, especially when it is perpatrated against someone like an actress or model.
She is working with Mark Goles and has been for years. There is no way in hell this girl does not know about what he does. It is obvious that she is in on the scams that he does.
Mark has been scamming people for years with his lies. All of that personal information can be attained from all sorts of places. I suggest telling your daughter to stop associating with Mark Goles.

Mark Goles sold me a laptop and other computer equiptment got $1.000.
I never got what i paid for and have issued complaints to attorneys office
in Indiana. I also paid for investments contracts he needed a partner.
This with the computer totals $15, 000. Yes im stupid.
He does not live in Avon Indiana because the address given is an abandon house as per detectives.
Do not fall for this if you see Mark Goals run run run. I am still persuing
this lawsuit if you can nelp email me.

The Indiana Attorney General has a Judgment against Goles that can be seen at Indianaconsumer.com. Goles is now in Los Angeles. I t appears he is still scamming people.
First off Mark in no way a child molester he never has been or he never will be and I know first hand that he did do the fashion show at sears maybe u should find out a little more about the person ur thrashing ya Mark is a scam artist but he is not the monster your making him out to be
I was a 14 year old living in Wauconda, IL. It was roughly 1997 when I started a summer job helping to build a haunted house in the old Super Mercado building (paid cash under the table). I don't remember the name of the haunted house but, Mark was also working there. By the time the house opened that year (it was their 1st year of operation), Mark had zero-ed in on me and we became a "couple". Mind you, he was 19 years old at the time. He convinced me to run away with him to Los Angeles, CA. The first time failed when we got caught and he dropped me off with family in TX. He continued to contact me and tried to get me to run away again, a plan that was foiled quickly. I moved back to IL with my parents the following year. Once again, he was working with the same haunted house - I was not allowed to go back (I was now 15, he 21). Once again he convinced me to run away with him to CA. This time, he broke into the safe at the haunted house and stole all the cash he could get his hands on. We took off to the Greyhound station in downtown Chicago and made it to CA a few days later. His plan was for us to stay with a friend and his mother, but when she found out what he had done, insisted we leave immediately. I had my 16th birthday a few weeks later (he turned 22 a few months later). We were homeless about a month later. We bounced around homeless shelters for a while and he tried to con people renting out rooms to allow me to stay with him. I'm convinced he was trying to just get rid of me. I truly believe that had I not left him when I did, he would have tried to convince me at some point to start prostituting. Say what you will, but I would label that [censored] as a child molester. I wish I hadn't been such prime prey for him. But I was just a kid who grew up in a conditional love household and naively believed this grown man truly loved me.

In December of 2013 Mark is in Chicago pretending he runs "D3W Productions" (a fictitious company with absolutely no legal records) claiming he produced an award-winning movie (the award and film festival are made-up) and also claims to organize fashion shows for Sears (a call to their corporate center proved that to be a lie). Now he is pretending to be an independent wrestling promoter. He joined with an existing fed, promoted an event on 12/13/13 and stole all the cash made from sales of tickets, walking out leaving the entire staff unpaid.
Mark goles hired me to work as his assistant in early april 2011. I worked for 3 weeks and after a failure of payment, I discontinued working with him. 4 months later, he is still jacking me around and hasnt paid me. I would beware of his scams and lies. Andrea eve def. has nothing to do with marks scams.. and is probably being scammed herself. Mark is a drug addict and his business should be shut down.
