Maskell Solutions Inc They still haven't provided loan, but asked for more money

I applied for the loan and the rep from the company Maskell Solutions Inc contacted me. He asked to provide money for 2 months in advance. Also he asked to pay for the secure deposit and different insurances. I paid and I have no money now, but these ### asked for more money and I have no idea what to do now. They haven’t provided any precise info about loan. I wanted to ask for the help, maybe someone can advise me something useful.

Maskell Solutions Inc Avoid this place at all costs

Andrew Jones was my rep. And he said that I was qualify for a 5000.00 dollars loan. And I had to make a 2 months payments because the lender was afraid that I was a risk for them cause of my credit. So I sent out $500.00 dollars to a Nadine Clarke that is in Ontario Canada.And I had to go to Western Union to make the money order out. Then Andrew Jones said that my money should be in my account by the end of the day. So I called the next day and spoke to Andrew Jones and he said that I had to talk to their accounting office, so he connected me to their account and he said that I had to send another $500.00 dollars more and he can get my loan out today and he got me a higher loan for 10, 000.00 and I told him that I don't have anymore money to give and I told him if that this company is a scam. And he said no. So I told him that I want my money back and he said that my money will be mailed out on November 01, 20011 and I still didn't receive it yet and It's November 15, 2011. I gave them a call on November 10, 2011 and asked the accountant if he can check if my money was sent out and he said that I should have got it by now...

This company offered me a secured loan with a cash collateral about 1 month ago (about October 11, 2011). The amount to secure a $5, 000.00 loan was $735.00. I told them initially, I didn't have that much money. One month later I contacted them and told them I was ready. They told me I needed to send the $735.00 via Western Union to a "Nadine Clarke in Ontario, Canada" and that it would cost me $60.00 to do so. When I told them I didn't have the extra $60.00, I was told that was ok, to reduce the amount of my collateral down payment to $635.00. I was hesitant..I sensed a red flag, but I was in dire need of the loan, so I did it. They said that once the money was confirmed and paperwork verified the money would be in my bank account within 2-4 hours. I called the rep I was dealing with, Amy Parker several times, and then she told me that because I didn't take the loan 1 month ago, there were insurance fees of $1, 000.00 now needed. But she spoke with her manager and they would pay $500 and I had to pay the other $500 to get my loan. I told her no way..I didn't have it. She told me this was stated in the contract. I have read through that contract at least a dozen times now and there is NOTHING in there about insurance fees. I told her I wanted the $665.00 back into my bank account immediately, she said she "would try." I called her back and told her that I have reread the contract many times and again, I saw nothing about insurance fees. She told me that she was on another call and she would call me back to go over the contract. I haven't heard from them. Like a fool, I trusted this company. I am absolutely ruined now. I promised to pay bills and rent from that $5, 000.00 loan and now cannot. I will be evicted and cannot pay bills. To say that I am devestated is an understatement! I am a very hard working single woman, who, like many others, have had a hard time financially. There is no way I can express how distraught I am. 45 years old and about to not have a place to live...at the start of the holiday season. Thanks a lot Maskell Solutions Inc. You have crushed my spirit... and my bank account. I will do whatever it takes to bring this to light to anyone and everyone. I have also filed a complaint with the Los Angeles, CA BBB.
