Unauthorised transactions
I saw an advert on the internet for acai berry detox and Life cleanse so I decided to order both because they were a free sample only claiming that we have to pay for postage. I just received my monthly credit card statement and this company Maxcleanse has charged me $119.02 and another company Focuscleanse has charged me anothe $119.02. I do not have this money to pay on my credit card. How dare they...at no point did they say that they would charge me this amount. I want a full refund as I believe they have misled me.
Stole my money
In September I ordered the free trial offer, when I received the acaiberry cleanse I called to cancel the membership within the alloted timeframe. I was given a confirmation number, however Oct 6 2009, my credit card was charged 119.02 USD that I did not authorize as I had cancelled the transaction. When I tried to find the website again, I have been unsuccessful.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tengo un descuento en mi tarjeta de credito que nunca autorice ni he comprado nada.
El día 7 de Mayo de 2019 me hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta de credito por valor de 135.11 Dolares Canadienses.
No se de que es. Por eso estoy pidiendo una explicación y un reembolso de forma inmediata.

Hi Hi, I received a package of two bottles of your product and I am willing to pay for it. but they were not 130 cad ! I had to cancel my card because I don't want them to take my money without notifying me. What happens? That was not the price I saw on the internet.
