Incapable after-sale service
Our garage door was installed in the fall of 2009 . After noticing a few problems, Mesa came and fixed them (December 2009). We then noticed a scored window frame and asked for a replacement. Every appointment to replace that frame that Mesa has setup has been postponed to a later date. Our last appointment (the fourth) was set for 4/1 (no joke). Today (3/31) we just received a call stating that the fifth appointment is set for 4/8.
Yesterday (4/7) a call confirmed that the part was on hand and that the appointment for 4/8 was on. Today (4/8) another call tells us that the installation paperwork has been misplaced and that we should talk to the installation manager (who is unavailable in a meeting). THIS SAGA MUST STOP.
ENOUGH. MESA has been incapable of honoring appointments they setup on the phone AND confirm with a follow-up call.
Poor after sale service
We had a new garage door (with windows) installed several months ago. Installation we smooth and door works fine.
We did notice that one of the inside window frames was scored and asked for a replacement. Two months into that request, we are getting the runaround. All appointments have been postponed for various reasons (warehouse not open, manufacturer has not sent the part, etc, ...)
While my wife has handled all the interface, I got on the phone once to express my displeasure at the situation. All I got was a postponing of the next appointment!
Avoid MESA Garage Doors if you don't want to face their dismal after-sale service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Do not trust these guys they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They no-showed twice then when they did show up they installed it wrong and it grinds when opening. They refuse to come fix it and I have had to file a complaint with the state contractors board. Just do a little research the president Dwight Esnard will promise to fix it then never return calls... Beware!
Mesa Garage Doors sucks just like Dwight likes to suck di...
