Customer service
I have called several customer service phone numbers and every phone number I called asked for my name which was alright. Then recording asked me why I called, I told them I would like to return an item, they said on the recording I will transfer you, when I was transferred it said we are experiencing high volume and call back later on five different...

i have had an account with this company 6 mnths or more they send you pre-approved credit offers and I was approved for 250.00 and i knew my credit was bad due to hospital and dr. bills. Several times they would request a down payment saying i would go over my limit so i paided them. Recently i made a order and had 104.00 credit the order with taxes and shipping came to 150.00 thereabout. Ever since i have has this account i have always paid early as also 3 sister companies. When i asked why i always had to pay a downpayment i was told they found "bad things on my credit report. Apparently every order they check your credit which I don;t think is fair and can possibly make my credit worse. One of the representatives looked at my other accounts with their sister companies and also saw I had never been late in fact always paid early. I asked why they checked my credit report and not my payment history with them. I am (sorry) pissed, aggravated and feel my diligence to my account counts for nothing.

The company sent me an order with no down payment. Then tried ordering again and they requiring a down payment. The order was $10 over the first order. Will not be ordering again with them or their sister companies
