MONGO REWARDS Fraud, fake check

They prey on people applying for short term loans. Scammed 99.95 from my account, and was told to call back in fourteen days for a refund. How can this be legal. This kind of behavior needs to be stopped

If you still have an issue with MONGO REWARDS we have been speaking with the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida Congressman who reps the office where this company operates and the Florida State Attorney General’s office on this issue. They are ripping off a lot of people and if you want your money back please contact me at rick@realtvcritics.com so we can chat. And this is not a scam. There’s a story on realtvcritics.com about these people at Mongo Rewards and I am on a mission to put them out of business. So please reach out. Thanks.

MONGO REWARDS Scam

Mongo Card is definitely a scam. In speaking to someone on their customer service line I was a little surprised with the attitude, as though the individual was defensive. I requested a full cancellation and refund and was told that I would have to call back ten days from the charge and request the refund again, but the funds were withdrawn from the account. Absolutely frustrating!

this company wrote a check in my name for 99.95 to my account i had to close my acct do to these ###s i hope someone catches them

Money On the Go or Mongo Rewards card is under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI. Get your money as quickly as you can from them before the Feds freeze their assets. Once they take money from your checking account there is a multi-level distribution of those funds through banks and other companies to keep you off track of where to call for return of those funds. This is what keeps consumers from tracking who actually has your money. We are preparing an updated story on RealTVCritics.comto address the change of their name from Mongo to Money On The Go. We created a viral online campaign to trash Mongo and we are going to use the internet to destroy their new name as well. Greg Bielawski just put out a press release via PR Newswire to announce the name change but these are the same crooks that were investigated in 2007 for the same criminal tactics where their offices were raided because of their activities. Todd Kossow of the Chicago office if the FTC handled that case and I spoke to him about Mongo's or Money On The Go's ownership and he and the FBI are again establishing foundation to have them arrested for their criminal activities. He can be reached at tkossow@ftc.gov. Send all future pertinent information to his e-mail address if you want to ensure that these people go to prison.

Mongo Rewards is now Money On the Go. Same people same ripoff. Watch out for them. They're nothing but a bunch of scammers. The Feds are already investigating them as we speak. They're management company was raideed by the Feds in Florida and the Chicago office of the Federal Trade Commission is now on the case. Stay away from Money On the Go and Mongo Rewards. They just sent out a press release announcing their new scam of an operation.

you need to get your money back just like me my bank said they give my money back to me but i had to cancel my acct and do everything over do to these ###s someone needs to do something about these poeple doing this there is alot of complaints about them well god look to all who been ripped off by them

123EXPRESSCASH and MONGO REWARDS is a SCAM. I am on Disability, and applied for a loan online, then got scammed by these jokers. Apparently, I wasn't the only one scammed by them. Because of their fraudulent charge to my account, I am overdrawn at the bank by their $99.95 fee, plus the bank overdraft charge. I am usually more careful about who I give my personal information too. But these guys are slick. I was thinking that I am "approved for a personal loan" but instead, I get charged a fee. I do understand that no money is free, but I thought I was dealing with EXPRESSCASH not MONGO REWARDS. I have contacted customer service, and my bank to try to reclaim my money back. Until that time, I am smearing their name to any and everyone I can.

MONGO REWARDS and 123EXPRESSCASH.COM work together they are scam when you aplly for loan the 123expresscash call you and says you are approved for loan and they directly you for MONGO REWARDS, they are scam MONGO REWARDS TOOK $99.95 DOLLARS From my new checking account . MONGO REWARDS Unauthorized charge

This company caused a fradulent charge on my brandnew account.. I had to freeze my account and close it just to avoid any further charges!

have recently lost my job and my husband works as a painter and work is slim in the winter. My father passed away in feb leaving my 62 yr old mother who works full time as a nurse on less pay check. My husband and I and my mother combined our families. We now share one home. For the holidays we were desperate to get my mom a great gift and tried for a payday loan. WE NEVER SAW THE WEBSITE FOR MONEY TO GO! BUT 2 days later 99.95 and an over drawn fee on our account! WHAT? These people are CROOKS! AND they are still in business! What do we do? THIS IS HORRIBLE> I am LIVID! I FEEL VIOLATED! KICKED WHILE IM DOWN! AND HOPELESS.

i was charged twice for this card an they will not give me the money back i have five returnedcheck fees . it is about 275.00 in all .

My son also had a BRAND NEW CHECKING account, and ALSO, had problems outta this stupid Mongo rewards, which caused him to have to pay a 'RETURNED CHECK" FEE in which he never authorized. To me this Mongo is SPAM, and needs to be reported to the authorities IMMEDIATELY, maybe with enough complaints THEY CAN BE SHUT DOWN!

I also had the 99.95 taken out of my account and never authorized it, I have never signed up for the mongo shopping credit line. I would also like my money back plus the fees my bank has charged me for insuff. funds. since they have tried this twice. I will be contacting the BBB if not resolved soon.

I am with all of you on this I had 99.95 taken out of my account as well and they wont refund my money supposedly you are to call back in ten days to request your money from the date of cancellation then it can take up to 20 days this is so wrong for them to be able to withdraw money from your account when I didnt even sign up for none of this! When you call the people who answer the phones are very rude and nasty and you cant get anywhere I am to call back in a few days and if I dont get my money back I am contacting my attorney I already reported to BBB!

your company deducted $99.95 from my checking account and now my account is in the negatives I called your cust service line and th rep was not only not helpful but, pretty damned rude to boot. now I'm about to contact my state police cyber crimes and fraud unit to file a criminal complaint its in your hands now you have my contact info I would like a phone call in order to resolve this issue otherwise you can explain it to law enforcement
