Backorder transmission
I have had my dodge ram 2500 truck in the shop at the seelye dodge dealership in paw paw, mi for 2 months. It isn't the dealerships fault it is all mopar. I purchased the lifetime warranty when I purchased the truck new. The transmission went out and I have been waiting for part to repair the transmission for 2 months. Was charged for warranty work with vehicle under warranty due to the dealer stated I did not allow them to test drive my vehicle 100 miles from repair. They actually stated that on the invoice. They held my vehicle forcing me to pay for work that is covered under warranty/ Yes I also have an extended warranty and this work was under original manufacture warranty.

I once again have to pay out of pocket for a major problem that Mopar has with their parts. The Rack and Pinion has to be changed because it is not a part that can be repaired. $3500 repair that most people can't afford. This is a problem part, that Mopar should extend the warranty on. I will not stop filling complaints until this issue is resolved or I get a refund for parts and labor. I'm going to social media, forums complaint site and so on. I want justice.
Desired outcome: Refund and recall
Never received part I paid for
On March 19, 2020 I ordered a ‘Rear Seat Delete Kit' (Order #94719 ) from Moparonlineparts.com. My credit card was charged $573.54. After numerous emails (the only way to contact Mopar customer service it seems) I get the same method of treatment;
Customer Service Representative will refer this to the manager and they will get back to me.
I have never heard from a manager and frankly I don't believe there is one. Or no one gives a damn about my $573.54 Mopar is holding. I could use the money they owe me.
I have received no part or had my money refunded.
Desired outcome: Money refunded
