The company offers free credit score information. I did it. After, it has been charging on my credit card for the service for $14.95 each month. I do not have any idea, why the Company does it. I ordered a ONE TIME Credit report and now EVERY MONTH my account is DEBITED TWO TIMES FOR 29.95 for services I NEVER ORDERED. I am 71 and live on SSI and these debits are Killing me> CANCEL THIS SERVICE IMMEDIATELY! Kristin Eccles

I supposedly signed up for a membership and have called several times to have this issue resolved and it has never been cancelled and only shows up on my checking account every so often...I'm being charged $25 for something that I have never been on

Word of advice: If it says "FREE" anything, READ THE FINE PRINT! DO NOT be a sucker.
I agree you guys charged my account too ! ! YOU gave my money you are ripping off to many people and I want my $19.95 back i did not give permission to do this and yes you are surppossed to be free.
I thought It said FREE, I cancelled the next day. Spoke to a girl named Julia and she gave me a confirmation number. One week later they charged my account $19.95, called again and got another girl who said her name is Tamar. She said there was no record of this and she would cancel the account and gave me another confirmation number. NO REFUND. Stay away from this site.
