Mwave Customer scam

MWave scams and makes up story about how big their facility and why they did not deliver their product within 24hrs as said on their website. They train their sales represenative to tell customer like myself that the reason why they can't ship out on 2nd day air is because they are out of stock in their location and they need a day to get the product from another facility. However, when you talk to their higher level they will tell you that they only have one facility and there is no other warehouse they use. When asked why was the false story being told, they will simply tell you they dont know and they do not control these people. And when you ask them more about how they operate their business, they would rudly hang up the phone. This is an unethical way of doing business, especially during down economy. Company like our's trying to stay alive and save money by printting our marketting material ourselves gets to face with company such as MWave. They lure customer to believe they are a fast and reliable company to be accounted for. From my experience, if you need reliable and trust worthy supplier, MWave is defintly not on that list to call.

yep. I bought an item online with this company and they are suppost to have lowest price guarantee, found same product at wallieworld for about $10.00 cheaper and free shipping, SO I SPENT A TOTAL OF $50.02 when WALLIEWORLD HAD IT FOR ONLY $30.00, TOTAL PRICE .sent in all the paper work they requested, they required me to copy and paste the website with the product with the cheaper price, I did and heres what they emailed me today, Invoice Number

A BIG SCAM ! I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE.

Mwave money back

I ordered a replacement TV lamp for my DLP television and it did not work. I returned the item and they will not give my money back. They are making a bogus claim that it was damaged in shipping.
I'm filing complaints with Attorney General and Consumer Affairs.

I also purchase a lamp for my tv from mwave.com that prematurely died, I can't seem to get pass a person by the name of Maricela whose customer relation skill sucks! It appeard that I can't return the item for a refund, but I am still within my 90 days for an exchange. It has been almost a week that they received the defective item, and she can't seem to tell me when they will ship a replacement. I HATE this company! They knowningly sell defective items!

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Tsang. We are very sorry to hear that your replacement lamp did become defective. Unfortunately we do not manufacturer the replacement lamps, we are a distributor only. We do clearly indicate that the replacement lamps do carry a 90 day warranty.

However we realize being so close out of the warranty period, it is nothing short of frustrating. Please e-mail your invoice number to raquels@mwave.com, we'll review your order immediately.

Don't trust mwave.com reply. they have a 3 month warranty. my lamp lasted 3 months and 2 weeks so they wouldn't do anything to accommodate me. so i'm SOL. I advise anyone purchasing from this company to find a different vendor...even if it costs more...they're cheaper, but they suck. it is more reliable and you don't have to deal with inferior products.
