Myaccountsupport.net unauthorized billing

With regards to your continue shipment and bank card charges for complete garcinia, cease and desist from any further inter actions with us. Please consult the latest order id# [protected] for our details. My wife ordered a sample of the product but never requested to be a regular customer. We have charged back the order amount on our bank card but your company just re-bills under a shell company with a different name. (bella beauty, party fresh and pos sn customer) This is a blatant violation of European Union laws of disclosure as we have never done any business with those companies. Also in violation is the fact we have never received an invoice, proof of purchase or easily available support and right to cancel. We have a well documented trail of this and will proceed to file a police complaint if we have any further packages arrive at our door unsolicited. We will also file a case in the EU court. It is quite disingenuous to list the value of contents in the package on the mailing label as $23.42 and charge 103.95 euro to customers. You have 10 ten business days to address this complaint or we will proceed as advised.

Good Day,

I responded to an ad on Facebook on TryVix Anti Wrinkle & Volidian Anti Aging and only pay for shipping fees of R59.00 which i did and paid.

It has been almost three months since I’ve ordered products from your company and still received nothing and last month you took +- R3000.00 rand from my account which I would like back. NONE of the products (TryVix Anti Wrinkle & Volidian Anti Aging) reached me and its been three months. i paid for something i never received and that's not right.

You have my money but I do not have any of your products.

Please do not take money from my account anymore as I have cancelled my so-called account with you, once again I am emphasizing I want my money back please.

I am going to Hello Peter about this matter.

Myaccountsupport.net active plus youth cream @ usd 4.99

6I ordered a sample of this Active Plus Youth Cream off of Facebook and that was on the 10 June 2017 & still awaiting the sample.

Now a transaction for USD 96.00 was taken off my credit card which I did not authorize. This is appalling. But one should not be surprised that whoever is doing this in today's time.

You get nothing, no information off their website.

Got 1 jar and paid for 3 - Total of $299 dollars - Thats is fraud as far as I am concerned.

BACTIVESUPPORT TAKE THREE (3) DIFFERENT AMOUNTS FROM MY CREDITCARD EVERY TWEE WEEKS... I NEVER EVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP... I AM SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY CAN TAKE OUR MONEY AND GET AWAY WITH IT. IT TOTAL OF R2613.57 (ZAR) IS TAKEN FROM ME WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION FROM MY SIDE.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK, OTHERWISE I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH THIS AND EVERYONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a sample of your Active Plus Youth Cream, a free "trial" might I add. It came and I used it and enjoyed it for some time. After that I started receiving transactions for a monthly subscription to your company. I now receive boxes of your product(s). I have tried cancelling the payments multiple times but it doesn't work, as there is no "company" I can find under the name "Active Plus". I want full refunds for these products. For the past few months I have been charged for these products but haven't received any of them, totaling a full value of $5496 AUD. Please contact me on my email:

Myaccountsupport.net Unauthorised credit card charges

I responded to a facebook advert for auralei anti aging serum, fees were 00. 00 and I had to pay only r78. 43 on 28 / 05 / 2016, now

1. On 28 / 05 / 2016 i, made an online purchase as per attached statement that amounted to r78. 43, I never received the goods.
2. On 14 / 06 / 2016, my card was debited with an amount of r1 381. 33, I never authorised this transaction and no idea what it is for.
3. On 26 / 06 / 2016, my card was debited with an amount of r30. 32, I never authorised this transaction and no idea what it is for
4. On 27 / 06 / 2016, , my card was debited with an amount of r1 476. 38, I never authorised this transaction and no idea what it is for.

THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMMED MANY MANY PEOPLE, THEY SCAMMED ME IN 2016 AND NOW THEY ALSO SCAMMED MY FATHER. THEIR ADVERTS ARE MISLEADING AND WHEN YOU CHALLENGE THEM THEY CLAIM IT IS IN THEIR TERMS OF AGREEMENT. THE BANKS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING DUE TO US GIVING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS. I NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT NOR DID MY FATHER. THEREFORE YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR A SERVICE OR PRODUCT.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FROM THEM. THEY IGNORE ONE WHEN YOU ASK REFUND. CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND GET NEW ONE. BE AWARE NOT TO GO ONTO AN INSECURE SITE. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE LOTS OF PRODUCTS ON DIFFERENT WEBSITES BUT ALL LINKED.

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS NOW AND PEOPLE ARE LOOSING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. I KNOW I LOST WELL OVER R1300 IN 2016 AND MY FATHER IS LOOSING +- R1400 X 2 SITES FOR THREE MONTHS NOW.

My order [protected] was for the shipment of a free trial of Votofel Force ONLY, and didn’t gave you the right to continue to send stuff to me without my consent and charge me for the same!
Please refund me!
Your way of doing business is illegal!
I am going to seek legal advice if you don’t react ASAP!

Hi, I am still waiting for a refund for my order [protected] for Mrs Annette Webber. This is the 4th Time I am sending a mail. I sent a mail on the 23rd March 2018 AND AGAIN ON 19TH jUNE. Two amounts were taken off our card without authority ---- 2nd March 18 for R1271.07, and another on 14th March 18 for R1274.24 . NO PRODUCT WAS EVER RECEIVED OR ORDERED. After speaking to your office, they did send me one refund on the 4th April 18 for the Amount of R 1210.54, but the other amount for the 14 March 18 has never been received. Please kindly send this at your earliest convenience as I am a pensioner and really need the money. I never ordered these products, I originally only sent money for a trial sample, which I also never received. Many thanks. My husband used his card under the name of E.A. Webber,

I ordered the sample and paid for the shipping
Order were placed 18.1.18 and I haven't received the package.

The amount of R1184.00 was deducted from my Credit Card 2.4.18
There is nothing in this Order that indicated that I had to contact you in 14 days

I still didn't receive the sample en would like to get my money back as soon as possible please
I need it urgently

I have been charged for goods of two amounts of R1451 on 6 November 2017 and an amount of R1405 on 8 November 2017 both payments out of my credit card . ONLINEBIOWC.COM was taking Aus$131.00 and Aus$135.95 out of my bank account without my permission on Sept.14, 2017 and Sept. 29, 2017 respectively beyond my order of Aus$4.87 cost for trial product namely Active Youth+ Cream and Active Youth+ Serum.
