FINANCIAL FRAUD
Be aware of NASHBAR's pre-paid printed RETURN LABELS included with their invoices.
They will not release this information:
1- Those labels are USPS junk, low priority labels which can take up to 90 days to be delivered
2- Nashbar charges you $6.95 for this service when for LESS money or $2 more, depending on the weight of the item, you can have the USPS do it in 5 days if you live in CA or along pacific coast
3- During that time they will not issue you a refund but the company will earn interest on your money in their account.
4- if you don't send the ORIGINAL invoice with the return they will not refund you. That leaves you without the original and with a copy which they can later claim is not authentic
5- If you are exchanging the item for another, (color or size) you will not get it for (30-90) days until your return gets there and you will PAID MORE if the price has gone up after your original purchase. Generally that is all the time as they tend to sell stuff one week for 25% profit and after that jack up the price 200%. If you buy shoes on sale for $80, don't be surprised if you have to pay $180 for them 3 weeks later!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Wrong Item/Stole money
I bought a Helmet thru Nashbar and they sent me a wrong item(water bottle). After I sent back the wrong item i waited two weeks and called them. Suposively they never received the item and for that reason they cant either refund the money or send me my helmet. They are steelers and the worst company to make deals, period
Credit card fraud
I recently ordered a bike from Nashbar and about 3 weeks later, someone charges thousands of dollars to my credit card fraudulently. I was rang up for almost $4, 000. One item (an ID printer) was delivered to Canton Ohio which made me suspiscious it was Nashbar because their warehouse is located there. I told my friend at work about the bike I bought and...

I purchased an item with lifetime warranty. After 2 months it didnt work properly, so I returned it. They told me that the item was not carried by Nashbar anymore, and they stated that they issued me a refund. I never received the refund. My bank insists that the refund was never processed, Nashbar keeps lying that the bank has the money. The bank has sent me an official document stating that nashbar has never processed the refund and Nashbar keeps dodging the truth. They are absolute FRAUD!
I INTEND TO FILE A POLICE REPORT ON THEM!
NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
