Fraud
This online payday loan company is a fraud they do not have a physical address and as far as i know they also do not have a license, I have requested 2 times now for them to stop all ACH withdrawls from my b ank account and I have been ignored both times they continue to take the money and I am out $174.00 now just for interest alone so they say. I wnat my money back and them to leave me alone and go away and be stopped.
They stole my money
I registered on the website of the company NetPDL and wanted to get loan from them. I communicated with the agent and he told that they would provide the loan. I needed to transfer the secure deposit, which was about $500. I paid money and never got the loan. The agent stated that they never received my money, but I sent money to the account, which the agent told me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
99.49 withdrawn
I applied for online loans with NetPDL. A week later 99.49 withdrawn from account I did not authorize getting the run around from membership club.
Yes exactly! They are the biggest scam loan agency Ive EVER applied to or done business with. This company needs shut down and sued for ripping thousands of people off. They continuously take out a payment for the loan every payday and none of this money goes to your total loan amount due LIKE A REGULAR LOAN! And on top of that, they take out the same payment amount a second time, a day later, and list it as interest. Since none of the payments are going to the total loan amount due, ITS ALL INTEREST! Its 150.00% interest on my loan. BS! They just don't tell anyone that and say its in their terms. I very rarely get ahold of customer service. When I do, its always the same African American lady. She is rude, ignorant and doesn't explain anything except that everything is in the terms. Well...guess what? Its not! They are a scam. I got a $200 loan and somehow I owe $655.00 Explain that one net Net PDL!? STAY AWAY!
I don't know the physical address, i doubt they have this company is terrible. I want to leave comments in as many forums as possible to warn people so they do not make the same mistake. I called to repay my loan for the full amount and they refused to except the payment saying i was supposed to called three days before the loan is due to tell them you will be paying. 3 things first the women on the phone who orginally arroved the loan told me i wouldnt have to do anything, when the loan was due they would take the money straight from my account. This is not true if you dont call three business days before the payment is due to tell them youre paying they extend you loan automatically to your next payday and tack on an extra $79.00 now im paying back $358.00 for $200 loan. on top of that they sale all your personal information to dozens of companies . You suddenly are getting calls all hours of the day and night from telemarketers. Oh and about 20 -30 emails a day. If they sale all you personal information who knows what else they are selling your social, address, or bank info. Lastly to make matters worst after the intial phone call to approve you, no one will ever answer the 1-888 number to help you. you call over and over wait for 30 mins and get sent to voicemail. So all complaints and conversations have to occur through a customer service message system. They are rude, you never know if you are speaking to manager or not and they called me a lier and told me to check my contract because everything is legal. Which is totally misleading and sad to take advantage of working people who need a little help. I have documented the entire conversation, if anyone is interested in doing business with this company DONT you will regret it.Times may seem hard and you think its worth it, settle for the late rent fee or rice and beans for dinner until your next payday they will take advantage of you and rip you off or worst. trust.
