Armin Hedayat, The office general manager presents himself as MBA, however he has no valid degree of completion. Also, when patients/reps walk in to the office and Ask to meet the dentist, he introduces himself as "almost the dentist"!!! Armin Hedayat scams patients distributing Patient Referral Cards that encourage patients to refer people to the office...

North Hill dental center, scams the public by telling them that the practicing dentist Dr. Sahar Rakhshanfar has been practicing for 6 years, meanwhile she was only registered on June 6 2008 at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario(This information was obtained from the Register section of the website of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (www.rcdso.org) Date:1/12/2009 2:17:10 PM)
The office advertises its self as 100% Pure Green Office, where they waste tons of papers, do not recycle, do not use any green products but simply another mean to scam the public into false information
The office manager presents himself as MBA, however he has no valid degree of completion. Also, when patients/reps walk in to the office and Ask to meet the dentist, he introduces himself as "almost the dentist"!
They send out holiday greetings cards to patients with a note to remind them to contact the office as soon as possible before their insurance coverages expire as the year is coming to an end. And that insurance coverages renew its benefits every January.
The office have repeatadly hired/fired employees, there is a new emloyee every 3-6 days, each does not last more than a few days upto a few weeks.
Manager scams patients by fooling them into patient referal program, they give away brushes that are worth $18 but tell patients that the price value of each brush is $150. This information is also written on the patient referal card
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This is totally a lie . I have been working in this office since they opened . The office had just let go of one employee because she was steeling from the inventory and I am asuming thats the person who is filing the complaint.
