They just keep billing our credit card each month and we don't know why and we can't get them to stop.

NUVALIFE.com scam

Do not buy anything from this site! They hide a $19.95 monthly fee in their fine print and charge your credit card without your knowledge. This is a scam, they are crooks and they have been charging me without any bills for past 9 months. All my utilities/cable sends bill for any charges, since this is a fraud/scam, they kept the card number for a medicine i bought and kept charging 19.95 every month. Co mplain to BBB and also call credit card and we should sue them.

NUVALIFE.com They billed me for the $19.95 for a &membership& that I was completely unaware of

As everyone else has stated---do stay away from this site! It is a major rip off. I ordered vitamins from them on Nov 11, and went to check out, total on check out was fine so I proceeded with completing my order. Only to find out on Nov 16th they billed me for the $19.95 for a "membership" that I was completely unaware of. They state you have I'm not sure 1-3 days to cancel which is a joke because by the time you receive your credit card statement your way past that anyhow. We will be contacting the Attorney Generals office and if anyone has any other suggestions how to recover our losses please advise us. Unfortunately this went on for well over a year:(

NUVALIFE.com Membership Charge

Be very careful about this company. They bring you in with a cheap price and free shipping. Then after you make a purchase they charge you a membership fee which nullifies the low price and free offer. I should have just gone to the company that I originally purchased from, my mistke and I learned my lesson.
This company is taking people for a ride. Don't buy from them under any circumstances.
Warning: stay away from Nuva Life!

NUVALIFE.com Unauthorized charges FRAUD

DO NOT purchase anything from this "NUVALIFE.COM" company - they will trick you into an unwanted 'MEMBERSHIP' (just by clicking to complete your order), and then keep charging your credit card every single month for $9.95. Then when you contact them, they will refuse to refund the charges!

I purchased 1 bottle of vitamins from their 'website', and so far have not been charged $50. in monthly MEMBERSHIP FEES! So I have been charged $63.00 for a $13.00 order SO FAR!

This is a complete RIPOFF - Don't become the next VICTIM of this little SCAM! AVOID THIS crappy little ripoff - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I purchased herbal supplement from nuva life and i noticed a one dollar charge on my credit card. I called and asked what it was and when i found out it was for a membership of some type i asked them to cancel my membership.. They did so quickly and without debate.
