Bad-quality and no refund available
I purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses from the website www.olympiceyewear.com. I got the package within couple of weeks, but it was horrible. The quality of sunglasses was awful. One pair broke after 4 days, the second arrived in damaged condition. I was furious and wanted to return money back, but the seller refused and never explained why.I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It seems to me like they blocked my number
I didn’t check this website olympiceyewear.com with google and ordered from them. It was my mistake. Of course everything went wrong and there is no assistance and I can’t get help from the above company. It seems to me like they blocked my number and just ignore my emails. I am afraid I have to consult with my lawyer about this case and I will definitely don’t leave it lay.
