One Stop Plus they are criminals

Wow are they BAD! So far they have charged my credit card 4 times for the same items. My bank has had to be conferenced in for the most recent call and my bank finally stopped it. This company hung up on me while my bank was on the phone with me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They have given me a different excuse with each charge. I can't believe it. I want to return everything, but I'm worried that I won't get ANY of my money back. Beware of ordering anything fron this company! If I could give less than one star I would be more satisfied.

One Stop Plus Cancelled Order

I purchased 2 snuggies and a pair of pants. One snuggie was actually sent to my mother. I waited for my order to arrive and nothing. I contacted by email and got this stupid email that said check online. Even when i did it stated the order was in process. So i waited again. Yesterday i checked again and sure enough still says in process. So i called and now i am told that i used a promotional code that was from chadwick and they weren't honoring it. SO instead of emailing me and notifying me of this issue they just decided to cancel the order without telling me. Now i shouldn't be mad because my mother got a free snuggie but i am because this is bad business. If there is a problem with an order then you call the customer and help them decide if they would like to pay the difference or cancel the order. You just don't tell the customer... I will never purchase from them again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased the Woman Within 20-pc Picnic set & Woman Within Sueded comforter for 5.98 and free shipping on 12/16/10 and I didn't receice the package . I cantact them many times they just told me sorry...the items is no longer available; however I see they still available online...they just lie to me, and I use the live chat to try to get my package back, and they said " sorry, u will bill for more 18 dollars " they are not trying to make up and they just need to charge more from customers...Really sucks website and customer service...I WOULDN'T SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE...

One Stop Plus Merchant error

I order 2 pair of leggings one black and one gold. I received both in black. With this merchant there is no way to verify color choice at check out. I called and all the company is willing to do is say "I'm Sorry". I told the customer service rep, Autumn that this had happened to me before and I accepted the error. I told Autumn that I was a frequent customer and I spent over $600 in the past month. I told her sorry was not good enough and that I would discontinue my online shopping with their chain of stores.

I ordered from a picture that showed a sequined blouse & cardigan look. It looked like it was all together, never said to order separately. Naturally, I get just the cardigan and call them saying the picture showed it to be all one piece or I never would have ordered it. I said, okay, I'll order the matching blouse to go with it. OUT OF STOCK. I had no choice but to return the cardigan without a blouse to go with it. They only gave me a 4.4% refund. When I called to see why they kept over half the sales price I had paid, they kept the shipping charges to and from me. What a rip off, I would have kept it if I had a blouse to go with it like was in the picture. They are very misleading and not willing to work with you, all they say is, I'm sorry. That doesn't get it when they don't have items that are pictured for sale. I'll not be shopping from them, nor will any of my family or friends if I have anything to say about it.

Today I have spoken with Victor in Customer Service who advises me that the OneStopPlus Shoppers Club membership is tied to only one address. If one temporarily changes addresses (winter visitor), that person is charged full shipping from the temporary address. This Shoppers Club automatically renews annually for 19.99. One has to re-join at 19.99 in order to get reduced shipping at a temporary address.
It is my complaint that the membership is tied to one address only and cannot be changed, especially if it is annually automatically renewed. I will be cancelling my membership.

I live in Australia I have ordered a lot of items and in nearly every order they leave something out. I get charged per item i buy but never get the postage back for the missing items, I think this place is run by scammers.

I placed my first order from them and the dress did not fit. returned it and got confirming email that the received return...now I am trying to get some one to confirm my refund that OSP says they send to paypal. Paypal has no return. I have spoken to OSP on thre separate occasions...no one seems to have the power to get me my return. will not shop at OSP again.

I will never order from this "company" again! I paid for express shipping and ten days later I still haven't received my dress. I contacted "customer service" repeatedly, to no avail. I was told by at least five different people that the dress had shipped the same day - even though the website indicated the order was still "in process".

Finally I received a UPS tracking number - but it was no use. The only information UPS had was the billing information . Though the wonderful rep at UPS did inform me that the shipment was a ground shipment not express. As of 2/13/10 - they didn't have anything other than the billing information.

Currently, I'm in dispute with the company, I want the money I paid for express delivery back - they want to refund a portion of the money and have added several services which werent' on the original invoice as a way to keep more money. What crappy service - at the very least they could refund the money and make it right!

I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney Generals' Office as I feel any company that charges for express delivery and knowingly ships using a cheaper method, while refusing to issue a refund is guilty of fraud.

To all other potential customers, be very careful!

I ordered 2 pair of boots, both over $75 each.. with the shipping and handling costs and the tax my order was more than $200.. I ordered these Nov 23, 2009.. I returned them on Nov 27 by UPS. I have YET to receive my money back. Customer Service Reps are useless and the Supervisors are even worse.. Avoid at ALL costs..
