Passport Seva kendra reviews and complaints

i dont know to whom i should write...so i m just complaining here.2days back i was there wid my fiancee at passport seva kendra at sahibabad.i was really feeling very bad.i m 23years old...and everytym wenever dere would b some problem between an old person(above35years) and a young gal or boy..its always blamed on young one wether they are right or wrong on the regards of age...and this same happened with me at passportseva kendra, sahibabad.first-a-fall, for a simple pcc it take my two full days as first day wasted as they didnt provide complete information on net and we were lack in documents.and then after taking appointment again..i spent my whole day there, and at the end a lady sitting on C counter was behaving like president of india.n at dat tym was so polite, i gave her all table manners n speaked politely wid her..but she didnt told me about sign, even she was giving me instruction like i am her servant and she has to pay tax to speak...and i completed my procedure and went..after15min...she call me and told me to come back as i came back, , she started shouting on me and wen i told her u didnt told me about dis.she refused n v have argument..after she replied go wereever u want..now i will not gonna sign it...i will see who can sign it...its your requirement den u should ow in front of me, pray2me...n she even told my fiancee..u r so unlucky, she could never b a good wife..n many more...i m very disappoint wid dis dat a person having lots of power so she is misusing it..she want us to bow our head in front of her...she is not serving us...we are serving them...i dont know her name, but she is the lady sitting on C counter and having authority to sign pcc...plz do consider it...plz...n she signed it wen ma fiancee said her sorry 100times, , , n even she waited for1 hour to sign it...

This is to inform you all that employees and contrators of Passport Seva Kendra, Bangalore are facing critical issues everyday. On regular basis employees are asked to stay late hours everyday. I will put blame on the management who do not care about this. All seniors purposefully assign some work to the employees at the very last min of the day so that employees will stay late hours. Even they are not providing any transportation to the employees nor they are providing any Over Time allowances. They are risking themself by keeping the female employees late hours. They ask employees to come on weekends as well. Also, everyone knows the Passport Seva Kendra service. They are not able to satisfy customer nor the employees, this is a 3rd class IT service by TCS. They are breaching the labour law by forcing employees to work more then 9 hours a day. A necessary action should be taken to not following the labour law. TCS will be in big trouble if anything goes wrong.
