Fraud
Order the TV offer for Patch Perfect Grass Seed buy 1 get 1 free off the website. I doubled the order and paid for 2 orders of buy 1 get 1 free, which cost double the shipping amount AND paid for priorty.
After 3 weeks the order still hadn't come. After countless phone calls and emails to them, I was informed that the "priority" I had paid for was not priority mail, but handling, and to them that meant less than 6 weeks! When I finally received my order, I only had half of it. Long story short, I never got my full order, as they told me they had shipped it to me. I should have had 4 bags of grass seed, and only had 2.
I put the seed out immediately, it did NOT nearly cover the amount of ground they said it would cover - not by a long shot! AND the grass NEVER came up, much less as they advertise as 'grasss on steroids'!
I have NEVER gotten my full shipment, it did not remotely cover the amount of area it was suppose to, and after a full month, there is still no sign of the grass seed sprouting at all! It's a total scam and cost me over $61. For that I could have gone to Home Depot and bought many large bags of grass seed that would have performed better.
After countless more phone calls and emails, after threatening to contact the Attorney General of my state, the Federal Trade Commission and the US Senate committee on commerce, I have finally gotten a paritial refund, but not a complete one. Their satisfaction guarantee is a fraud too. Unless you want to just throw your money away, DO NOT order any Patch Perfect - it's false advertising in every aspect and every way on a product that does not deliver what it's claimed too and from a company that has business practices like the Mafia.
Fraud and cheating!
The actual shipping charges came to $13.90, which was two thirds the cost of the product. Their customer service department gave me a parcel post tracking number for my shipment which the U.S. Post Office said they had no record of! I am still waiting for the grass seed I purchased. I would not recommend anyone buying from this TV Scam!

I can't believe there are actually people out there that review infomercial products! I mean, first you have to be stupid enough to fall for the pitch of genetically-altered, fertilizer-encapsulated grass seed that can even grow on concrete. But you... you take it further by calling in and willingly giving these people your money! There are plenty of products just like this at Home Depot & Pet Stores, so you could've bought this stuff locally instead of waiting the six weeks for it to come from China.
Also, the fact that you claim to have gone to such lengths to fight the company to get your money back is just plain ridiculous. You threatened to set the bureaucracy on a ###ing Indian customer service representative? Really? You actually thought they knew what the Federal Trade Commission and the US Senate Committee on Commerce was? I'm thinking about writing a letter to the Federal Communications Commission about how you're a ###ing ### and should never be allowed to watch television again.
