Date: Tuesday I could not receive timely support. Exchanging emails is inefficient and the tech individuals provided no help. I renewed my subscription but the subscription page in "My Account" was blank. I spent about 5 hours waiting for responses on email. One tech wanted a screen shot and sent a link that had nothing to do with screen shots. I want a refund for the $60 as I deleted PCMatic from all of my computers.
Claimed loss: $60 for the subscription
Desired outcome: refund my $60 to my visa

These people don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen. When I sent them a screenshot of the problem I was having they didn’t even bother to look at it, and ask for the exact same thing again! You can’t get a tech on the phone, and the last email had me run something that now will not even let my MacPro boot up!...

On May 21, 2023, I was trying to reinstall PC Matic. I used CHAT program and explained my need. It said a technician would call me. ANd indeed someone named Martin call me back and he did a great job.
