They keep charging my credit card for services I did not request. I can not find where this company is located, but I have emailed them with my complaints. I tried their service in September 2018 and was not impressed. In October of 2018 they charged my credit card twice for a month of service. Premier Dating Network scam

The website seems legit however, once set up, the system will send you emails suggesting other members have contacted you. However, the profiles will contain system errors saying profiles dont exist nor can they be found, yet multiple emials for diff users will be protrayed. There are no identifable contact details for customer service only a web form, which if you attempt to send will not send anything!

Hi can anyone tell me how to contact this network or Country Match ? Cancelled my subscription and still got charged the next month. I have no access to my account. MJR B Canada

Please beware of Premier Dating Network, DBA 'Lesbian Personals Online'. I believe, based on my experience on Nov 14, 2019 that their business practices are shoddy and careless regarding the care of their potential clients.
I registered for a period of 6 mos/$101.94 hoping to use their services for online dating, attempted to complete a profile and upload a photo. I utilized the photo that I have uploaded here. They REFUSED this photo three times, once I was told the photo didn't match the gender I registered under ? So I decided that I would cancel my membership before it even got off the ground, since I believed a potential candidate was most successful in online dating with a photo as opposed to being without a photo.
At the time I cancelled my membership, Nov 16, 2019, I had NOT UTILIZED the online dating services and I felt certain the company would cancel my membership and refund my money.
As of today, Nov 23, 2019, they HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY and HAVE NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME.
The only communications I have had are 3 emails from BOGUS MATCHES. Anyway, because I cancelled on Nov 16, 2019, I don't wish to receive any MATCHES from them - - I personally feel they are UNTRUSTWORTHY and that their attempts at luring me back to the website is DECEITFUL and underhanded. I am assuming that they want me to go online and search in order to illustrate that I did use the service.
I have written many reviews for businesses here in my locale and many folks have followed and trusted what I've said regarding these businesses. I try to be honest and give fellow shoppers information that I, as a potential shopper would like to have, so basically, I do not have an axe to grind. I am trying to be truthful here.
But I do feel like you, the fellow shopper would be better served to go with one of the more reputateble Online Dating Services, other than Lesbian Personals Online, if you are gay or lesbian. I don't know about you, but I only have so many dollars to spend, and now I feel robbed of $101.94 of them.

Yes, I joined Nov 14th, 2019 and tried to upload photos 3 times, so in my dismay, I sought to cancel my membership. I did so on their website. I requested a refund since it was only about 10 hrs after joining, assuming that since I really didn't even finish the registration properly and they rejected my photos (not illegal or immoral) I figured I'd get my $101.94 refunded.
They are NOT COMMUNICATING with me except to send these BOGUS MATCHES WHO ARE NOT REAL PEOPLE. They have refused at least 3 attempts on my behalf to request my refund.
These people seem NOT TO BE REPUTABLE BUSINESS PEOPLE, otherwise why would they treat a client so shabbily ?
