Premier HomePro reviews and complaints
VOLATILE, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
After we made a deposit to start a bathroom renovation, Alan R. Stevens refuses to provide a start date because he needs to reconcile our first project. He has $17, 000 of our dollars when the contract clearly states that our first project would cost $12, 500. The second payment serves as a deposit, and he states in email on 1/20/13 that payment number two would get us "on the company schedule" with a start date. Now he is completely refusing a start date. To add insult to injury, he has been rude, accusatory, and hostile in emails (which serve as great public record) to both my husband and me.
In addition, based on all that we have on hand, Alan allows us the option of canceling our second project at no penalty. He sends us a release addendum with a gag order forbidding us to write reviews on any public forum to include yelp, google, Angie's list... Since we found this suspicious on many fronts, or if anything, lacking integrity, we refused. Needless to say, we are working with Montgomery County Office of Consumer Complaints, and the Maryland Home Improvement Commission.
Poor Workmanship, Poor Attitude.
Alan R. Stevens was my residential neighbor between March 2010 and July 2012. He pressed us to allow him to do some home improvement we had been considering for a while. The quality was shoddy - at best, and when we expressed this he was extremely aggressively nasty and verbally abusive, and left without completing or fixing the project. My husband called, then I called several times and he bullied me on the phone, then hung up (repeatedly). He stopped talking to us, and began allowing his very large dog to run all over our front and back yards, defecating even on our porch. After several loud altercations he decided to move, and to this date has not returned to fix his poor workmanship, even though (thinking he was trustworthy) we have paid him in full.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
From Alan Stevens. We shared a driveway with a neighbor who suffers from a Glioblastoma Multiforme Brain Tumor. It has made her mean and incapable of rational thinking. At one time, she was a medical doctor. Now, she is simply incapable of rational thinking. We never did work for her and we never engaged her. This is a false report. My wife's former husband suffered from the same type of tumor. Its not pretty . She suffers daily and we feel badly for her in every way. I remember she was raised in the West Indies and had a fear of dogs from childhood and often complained about our Large German Shepherd. That is really what this is all about. It has nothing to do with our work or our relationship with the neighbors.
Alan R. Stevens/Owner
The Owner of Premier HomePro, Alan Stevens, was extremely rude and disrespectful to our neighbors as he was doing work on our other home in Maryland. He repeatedly blocked their driveways with his trucks, told delivery drivers to disregard their requests for them to move their vehicles from in front their driveways, had his German shepherd dog running off...
