Premier Introductions Service Quality Issue

Amount of payment made Dec 12, 2012 cannot be disclosed due to nature of agreement.

The contract was negotiated based on receiving matches who met my requirements. All matches (4) have not met my requirements.

First match came within a week of signing up. He was not what I described what I am attracted to physically in a male partner. I called Premier Introductions. They acknowledged the error and apologized.

Second match was moreso the type I am attracted to. Although he was kind, we were not attracted to each other's personalities. I was too active and he was more settled in his ways. It appeared the service did not know each of us well enough to match us sufficiently. I was frustrated and the company assured it takes time to match people appropriately.

Third match was a complimentary match because the gentleman had Epilepsy. However this man was a smoker, which is against what I am looking for in a partner. I called Premier and they apologized.

Fourth was a gentleman from Dundas, ON. I initially said I would meet this gentleman because I had been frustrated with the three prior matches I was provided. Also the match would be complimentary because he isn't in Toronto, which was a requirement.

But then I realized that I am paying a service a lot of money to find me a match. And they are not succeeding. They seem to be taking shortcuts and providing 'complimentary' matches for gentleman who don't meet my needs. Frustrated, I called back and cancelled prior to our phone numbers being exchanged. I want a match that meets my requirement! That is indeed what I am paying for, is it not? Premiere apologized once again.

I was expecting the next match to meet my requirements. However to my horror, he lives with his mother.

I am very frustrated with the lack of care Premier takes with their matching system. For instance, when I actually spoke to the agent about number 5, she said, "I don't know him very well, but he is really cute." Isn't it the point of a match maker service to know who their customers are? Intimately? You can't match people based on requirements, looks and likes alone. Personality and chemistry is huge.

I enormously misunderstood Premier Introductions' capabilities as a match making service and warn others out there to stay clear from this company as they do not take the time they should to get to know their clients in order to provide quality matches.

Premier Introductions Scam

Scam, Scam, Scam,
Beware, l saw an ad for a dating service inside of a subway stations. l checked out their website and it looked ok, so l gave them a call and made an appointment. l went in and meet with a girl and she began to tell me about the service and that they had the right person for me. Then the hard core pressure sales tactics came out. They start with no price list but she started in the thousands of dollars, when l balked at the price it started to come down. The longer that l sat their the lower the price. l just wanted to leave, but she would not let me go. She pressured me more and more. She would have done anything to sell me at any price. l finally just got up and left, the best thing that l ever did. l joined eharmony and l can't be happier, l am meeting real people and paid a fair price Be smart and be careful. Watch out for these Scammers.

I recontacted them to have $10, 000 refunded or at least 50% but all they did was point out the terms and whether I wanted to open the account. Why would I when their service is so poor! They lie about the amount they charge women versus men. They lie about the high potential candidates. And they take so long to send anyone, they sent 4 people in one year, and I had to holler at them weekly to get any response! Then when I met 3 men, they didn't fit my criteria. Premier Introductions lied about their pool of qualified candidates, when it's all lies.

They scam. They should be sued for lying to their clients, and just ripping them off!
I am shocked they can continue their business like that for so many years. Their business should go bankrupt for taking advantage of people.
If anyone wants to take up an official case, I'm in!

I agree too - it is a complete scam. If anyone here wants to pool resources and take an official case then I'd be interested.

I was desperate and saw the subway ad in Toronto, and thought, it was a light, a sign, I'd find someone. But in 1 year's time span, after calling them frequently, I met only 2 dates who weren't compatible with me. One was checking out other women while on a date with me. The other talked no stop about himself, and then complained about other dates. One called me and was obsessed with a body type of a woman, so you can imagine, we never met up. I was very upset at the dates I was introduced, that it took months to get set up with a date, and they weren't hopeful candidates. The worst part is that Premier introductions said they charge women less than men for the membership, and it turns out they charged men about $2000 and me $10, 000. What a scam! I can't believe I blindly fell for it. We should all file a group lawsuit against them!

I have found similar problems with Premier Introductions in Toronto. They charged alot of money and then set me up with someone totally incompatible and lied about his age and height etc...Its been 6 months and they haven't set me up with anyone else suitable. I've tried to get a partial refund back and they refuse. I found the staff pleasant enough but I think they have very slim pickings. DO not sign up with Premier.

You can reach them at [protected] or on the web at www.premier-introductions.com for additional information.

l gave them a call and made an appointment. l went in and meet with a woman (Susan) and she began to tell me about the service and that they had the right person for me - Mark. She detailed all of his characteristics and suggested that I was also the right person for him. Then the hard core pressure sales tactics came out. They start with no price list but she started in the thousands of dollars, when l balked at the price it started to come down. The longer that l sat their the lower the price. l just wanted to leave, but she would not let me go. She insisted that I pay before I could meet Mark. Mark, of course disappeared right after payment. When I asked about him I was told three different 'stories' by 3 different representatives of Premier. Now I am told that Susan is "Away" and I can not speak to her.

I'm ashamed to say that I paid out a considerable amount of money to Premier Introductions, and they've done NOTHING for me. A complete rip-off.
