No Payment
Warning to all self employed computer repair techs! Please avoid all of these companies such as Prism Point Technologies, Gurus2Go, Captovis Industries, Barrister Global Services Network and all other such companies. They are dispatching techs to the complete work orders and not paying us. The business environment is already tough enough without having these no good companies working us for free and and stiffing us on our payments. It is just better to build up you own clients and customers than serving their customers and not getting paid. If you must work as a contractor, then I suggest using Onforce because when a buyer needs services from an independent contractor, he has to pay up front first before the work order is even routed to techs. That is the whole reason Onforce was created; so buyers could stop ripping off techs.

Won't pay for jobs
I'm Nick Waggoner with the Printer Doctor in Eugene, OR. I installed a Lexmark C782 printer for the Sweet Home Ranger District, (Forest Service), in early February 2010. It's been over three months and I have yet to be paid. They won't return my calls either. I'll have to start putting pressure on the Forest Service and maybe they'll withhold payment from Prism Point and pay me. Who knows? At any rate, maybe the Forest Service will cancel their contract and go with a reputable company; there are several out there.
In summary, I can't express in words how I feel about this company. What a bunch of sleazeballs! I also can't understand why our government agencie(s) won't shut down this rippoff company.
BEWARE!

10-99 fraud
Prism Pointe Technologies has sent me a 10-99 for > $10, 800 when in fact they only paid me $2, 000.
Have sent them certified mail requesting that they send amended 10-99, neither myself or my lawyers office received a response after more than 21 business days.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, please contact me.
This company is actively engaged in interstate commerce fraud and tax fraud. A class action suit needs to be filed against them and a federal tax audit needs to be initiated. They 10-99 the sub contractors that do the work but fail to pay them for the work performed if you get anything out of them you are lucky they are a bogus outfit whose officers need to be brought up on criminal charges.
Non-payment
Prism Point offered a job to install 104 TVs in Navy housing at Pearl Harbor, this job lasted 2 weeks involving 4 workers, job ended end of April, invoiced end of July, 3 months later still no payment received. I am now working with the Navy Contracts agent to investigate. This company will not return calls, I have inquired about matters causing the delay but as everyone I have talked to reviewed the invoice and everything is in order. I also have 8 unpaid tickets from 2008 that they refuse to pay, what's up with this company?
DO NOT ACCEPT WORK FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS, HOW MUST EMPLOYEES FEEL ABOUT THEIR COMPANY, NO PROUD I'M SURE.
Non Payment
Like every one else on this site, they contacted us asking for contract service work. We gave them 30 day terms, and they refused to pay on time. No answering the phone, no call backs.

Prism Point contact us to repair or service printer. Service was completed. All documentation uploaded and faxed. over 90 days later still no payment. AP will not return calls. Technical support has quit responding to requests for assistance. We will keep trying to collect. Wish us luck.
Provided 5 technicians for 3 week long project for prism point, 6 months ago. They still have not paid. They no longer take my phone calls and ignore email and postal bills. Very unprofessional and most scam-alicous. DO NOT extend terms to this company unless you want to throw your money away.
PPT uses techs to do jobs, doesn't pay and just gets another tech to do the job. They usually look for people that are not familiar with their company that they can use and abuse. I am still owed over $2000 back from 2008 and just got a check for $110. Looks like these major companies that PPT contracts wtih would realize what they are doing and cancel the contracts. PPT should be put under the jail for the ### they pull.
Thank you for your information. I also almost got sucked into this scam. I'm sure glad I read the [redacted]s. I retracted my bid right away and have blocked them from sending any further emails to me. Sites like this should not be in business!
they owe me about 4500 and i am going to be sending bills to USPS air force and other starting this month i service the equipment and have not been paid so i dont care who pay me anymore also hope prism point take some type legal action would be ideal.
My bottom line is still sore after being screwed by prism pointe.
Our company is still owed $4, 000.00+ by prism point. Don't get caught in the loop, call a lawyer to file charges, it's the only way to get restitution.

Can we get a class action suit against this company? Let's hire an attorney and go after this crap. I live in Hawaii and have also been jilted, 10-11 grand.
Same for me. These people feed for free! No info from the payroll dept. I assume they are playing some game.
