unsolicited premium text message and was charged 9.99
Charged 9.99 for a subscription the company claims they texted me, then claimed I entered the password back into a text message for subscription. This resulted in a premium text charge from my cell provider.
Ater 3 days of attempting to contact, finally got a rep and said they would send me a refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Charging me for a Subscription I never signed up for.
Recieved charges on my AT&T Phone bill from PlayPhone Inc for "PureCrush Flirt Tips". I never signed up for anything like this. I called AT&T and they had the charges taken off but I still wanted to find out how they got there in the first place. I called the so-called LIVE Operator line to get a recorded message. All I could do was cancel. Still no idea how they got there.
To whomever runs this site, this is very misleading. We posted our complaint about this company, but our address was under the co. information we were complaining about and now we have received mail as if we are the company. You need to fix this!

We received an unsolicited charge of 9.99 per month on our Verizon Cellular phone account by Pure Crush Flirt Tips. Verizon did credit the fraudulent charge, however, they were not all to willing to do so.
I keep getting phone charges for this and I have to go out and have them taken off. I'm getting sick of it, I have never been on a site like that. I would like it to stop. The business should be put out of business when they try and cheat you.
They got me on a website where I needed to "confirm my valid phone number" to get a gift card. I retraced my steps and found it's a company called fluent media - fluentco.com. They were NOT easy to find (I wonder why). If you call your cell phone provider they should reimburse you for the charges.

I am also getting sick of paying for something I never ordered or know anything about. I would appreciate it if someone would notify me so I can collect my money. unfortunately, my cell phone company made me pay for mine and now I have to see if this company will reimburse me.. I have been charged a 9.99 fee through my cell phone provider for a data premium messaging through a company called flirting tips. I never responded nor entered a code to receive this service. I have been charged this fee for two months. This company has fraudulently charged me. Please be aware this company is not legit.
