Quick Cash Net Pay day Loan

I have been being harassed by these indian men for the last 6 months. They contact me from random phone number such as, [protected], 0000, [protected]. These people can't provide me with any factual information, and state that I will be getting arrested for the following 3 allegations: Federal Banking, Full Check Fraud, and Theft deception. They also contact me at work and I have told them numerous times to take my Phone number off there records. They are rude and they verbally call you names, for example I was call a ###ing stupid ###, an idiot, and etc. I am sick and tired of being harrassed and need theses people to be punished for wasting my time and many other peoples time, just because they steal people information.

Yes I am being harassed for loan I did not receive in my account. They are calling me non stop. Saying that Quick Cash Loan tried to transfer $350 in a bank account that had been blocked and its a lawsuit on identity. That either I get a summons or settle out of court and pay them the money. I only have been through one loan company which is Great Sky Financial and payment arrangements have been established. What should I do?

Quick Cash Net Threats and harrassment

I am so glad I found this website yesterday when I was freaking out looking for a lawyer that I couldn't afford to represent me in court against these guys. My story is basically the same as everyone else's. I received a phone call from someone saying they were from my local sheriff's dept. and that I had 3 cases against my soc. sec. number. I was told to call an attorney by the name of Mr. Robinson at [protected] and he would advise me of the cases against me. When I called he was not available so I spoke to someone else and they told me I was being charged with fraud and 2 other charges because I did not pay back a $300 payday loan that I had supposedly received, but when they tried to extract it from my account they were unable to due to insufficient funds. I was told they were presenting my case to the courts the next morning at 11:00 but I could resolve it by paying $750.00. The courts then would serve me papers at my address as to when I had to appear in court. I said I never received the money and I could prove it, so they said I needed to get an attorney and go to court. If I was found guilty it could be up to a $5, 000 fine or up to 6 months in jail. I said if I had to get an attorney I would charge their company for my attorney fees and the time off from work. This is just craziness and I hope they are stopped somehow!

Quick Cash Net phone call about money owed

At 9:55am this morning I received a phone call from an unknown number. The person said their name was Daniel Brown and that they were calling from cybercrime unit law firm about a legal case pending against me. He asked me to hold for someone that would explain what the case was about. I hung up. They called back and left me a voicemail with the number [protected] saying that I need to call back quickly or else someone would show up to take me to the courthouse and if found guilty I would have to pay $5000 and my social would be blacklisted and my job notified of my crime. I called the number back and spoke with some guy named Jimmy Macdell. He first told me that this was supposed to be carried out in the courthouse on Monday morning and asked if I had been notified of it. When I said no, he began to read me an affidavit stating who it was and what the charges were. He was going so fast that I asked him to slow down. Once I did that he got an attitude with me. Then he proceeded to tell me that it is my fault that I know nothing of what he is talking about. When he said that I asked to speak to someone else b/c I didn't appreciate how he was speaking to me. He said that he didn't appreciate how I was speaking to him. I stated that I only asked to speak to someone else and that he has nothing to complain about. He asks me if I am aware that he is Jimmy Macdell and he is the supervisor at cybercrime unit law firm. I told him that he didn't state that he was a supervisor before. His response was "Well now you know." Then he continues to say that it's my fault and that it was my intention to take the money and run. I said that it wasn't b/c I have never heard of this loan company before. Then he actually yells at me to tell him what the reason was for it. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not about to sit on the phone while someone yells at me about some crap I don't even know about.

When I hung up I went to google and typed in quick cash net and this site popped up. It's amazing how far scammers go.

There's only one reason why this kind of scam continues . . . dumb people send them money.

If you didn't borrow any money, then you don't owe any money. Use your caller ID and don't pick up the phone for numbers you don't recognize - or let your answering machine handle all unrecognized calls.

I just received the same call his name was John Smith . He was an oriental which I thouth was an odd name. He thretened me with three different arrests, after I got a bit irritated he got annoyed and hung up. I called him back and told him this was all a scam and he hung up on me. My husband called him back and demanded documentation in the mail with a few extra words included, he got mad and said you're using profanity and hung up. Can you imagine! The only thing that bothers me is that these people have all my bank information, social security number and who knows what else. I do believe Quick Cash Net should do something to stop this . I think they should accept responsability and protect us people since they have the power and the money to do so.

Quick Cash Net catch this scamers

hey buddies...whatever you're talking is damn right...I went to this company for a job and I took training for this job from them for a week. They didnt allow us to take their papers outside to study or anything. They asked for my original documents and was a little bit scared to give them my orignal documents. When they asked for these documents I felt there is sumthing wrong and my doubts were confirmed when they said I had to go on the floor and listen to the sales people talking to the customers. Everything that is posted in your complaints box here is true cos I heard them ..
saying the same things and when I told my girlfriend about it she told me not to go for the test or start working over there as you will never get paid and its just a scam and you could go to jail if there is a problem. I lost all my money in transportation to and from my home by taxi since the job was at midnight to 4 am. I am listing their contact details so people do not have to go throught this nonsense and no one will have to get ripped off and give their hard earned money to thieves. Their contact details ...its running in india for sure...dunno abt other countries...
Both me and my girlfriend did not like this crookish way of earning money so she went online and found this site. Hope it helps all you people that have lost your money or being threatened for no reason under false pretexts.

I worked for this company for over 4 years and got told to chose between my infant and school or to keep my job. My area manger told me to leave my one-year infant at home by himself to work nights for the company. She also compared a one-year-old to a thirteen-year. She tried to tell me that my son can be at home by himself. On 08/15/08, I was told that if I can't work the hours that she wants don't come back. That same day the locks on the doors where changed. Since I have been at this company I have been told to quit so that I can't get unemployment. Another incident I had with this company was there was a girl who had her mother call the company and say I was rude to her. I was not even there that day. The person got a warning and I got told watch what you say to customer because next time you will be fired. This company doesn't care about its employees and managers can say anything to a employee can get away with it. Especially races words like N...and this area manager to this day uses that word in the workplace.

Uh excuse me sir wth are you talking about. Ma am stop yelling and listen you have been charged with 3 accounts of felony charges and then he goes down and asks me to confirm all my personal info which freaked me the hell out! These people are way to crafty and it's so sad that they do this to people because I was totally scared to know that they had all of this info. Contact your BANKS and change your accounts and also contact your local police departments.

I just received a phone call from these horrible people 209.202.3847 named "Alex". They left a threatening message telling me I owe money for Quick Cash Net. Upon returning their call, my husband talked to a rep (with a heavy accent) who said that he was a cyber crime company/law firm collecting money we owe; and that it was imperative that resolve the issue. He said "If we do not pay, then we will regret it and face the consequences - good luck." My husband told him that the FBI is on their ### and that they better watch their backs, too. Scammers!

I received a call about 15 minutes ago from [protected]..I know the number doesn't look right, but that's how it came up in my phone. My experience with the perps where the same as what others have been experiencing (heavy accent, hostile tone, claiming to be from Quick Cash Net...). They had my social security number, address, work number...They told me that I had an outstanding balance of 350.00 and with the interest incurred that I would now have to pay them 900.00 to settle. I was very lost as to what they were talking about and so while I was on the phone with them I took it upon myself to get on the computer and do some research...that is how I came across this site. The other day I had a company try and take money out of my account but the bank declined it and now i'm thinking that it may have been these people. I called my bank and I have taken care of that part of the problem...I have a temporary hold on my account until this is all taken care of. I then told them that I would be reporting them to the authorities and to stop calling my phone.

For 2 weeks Ive been getting a phone call from a foreign representative saying that I owe quickcash.net for a loan that I took out I told them that I don't remember getting a loan from them. The phone number was 0000, 212-2580, they left me a nasty voice-mail telling me to call [protected].They knew my last four digits of my social security number. This happened to me TODAY! These people are still up to there tricks! It is a man and 2 women running this scam. At first they had foreign accents until I cursed them out! FIRST OFF THEY COULDN'T GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT.The 1st a Man with a foreign accent but a plain Jane American name told me I had a charge pending against me in a lawsuit with QuickCash.Net for a $220 loan. Then today I spoke with a women who that I had a pending lawsuit with QuickCash.net for $300 and she stated that the state that I reside in was Virgina when in fact i reside in South Carolina I knew she messed up. I'm no fool I started to irrigate her hard and in doing so you could have heard the st udder and frightfulness in her voices cause she couldn't get her story straight. then when I ask what was the name of the exact web site she couldn't tell me she said that she would look into it a call me back. Then they messed up royally. They called me again not even five minutes after I talk to the lady and they was trying to same thing again. This time I spoke to a guy. Again foreign accent but a plain Jane American name told me I had a charge pending against me in a lawsuit with QuickCash.Net for a $365 loan(TO FUNNY. SO THIS IS WHEN I HAD REAL FUN) I told him that he messed up big time. That I know for a fact that this was a scam because the lady just called me telling me that I a lawsuit with QuickCash.Net for a $300 loan. I then told them that I knew how a lawsuit is supposed to be handled and that I was never served and that if they want a REAL LAWSUIT on their hands that I would be much obliged to get that going...Then He hung up haven't heard from them no more.. If get a call from these people don't let them get to you. Let them know from the start that you know what their up to and that you will take action on them and you will never from them again.

Hi on wednesday 8/17/2011 I had come home from work and my seven year old son had advised me that a foreign man had left a message and was threating me on our house phone. He was scared and wanted to know why the man had called yelling at me like that saying he was going to take me to jail. I immediately listened to the message and heard the threats and crazy remarks the a man name Ultin Connor left on my machine from a company called cyber crime unit phone number [protected]). He said he was from a legal agency that was representing a company called quick cash. net and I owed them money from a loan which they say I took from them for $300, which I knew right away I never took. I called this number and asked to speak to a supervisor and when this alledgied supervisor got on the phone named Jason Wyett I told him of his representatives unexceptible behavior and he started to tell me his lies that I had borrowed this money and I was facing three major charges one of check fraud etc... I then of course reacted and started to get upset because in fact this was not true and all of what he was saying was his "evidence" was not completely correct. He then started verbal abusing me calling me a dog and saying all types of defacing comments. Little did he know my husband is a cop and i called him to let him know what was going on and he came home to trace the number and call. I then advised this ignorant man and his so called "law office" and surprising they didn't call back. I am now going to be taken this public if anyone wants to join in post some information to this website and I will check daily so we can finally take control of this harassment and abuse. Thanks Jason Wyett ;)

This happened to me today. They had some of my information so that scared me at first. I know that I don't have any fast cash loan through any one. I checked my email for the so call email that quickcash net sent me and I had no record of them. I called my bank to see if any deposit had been made from them and they said that there wasn't one. My banker also told me that if I were ever to get a loan through a fast cash loaner that one of their requirements if to be able to withdrawl the money automaticlly so they wouldn't be calling to get a payment. Do not give them any of your bank information and you will be good.
