The attached link falsely makes claims about Phil Waight
The man responsible for this page is now in jail again.
He has been threatening many staff members and sending threatening text messages.
He had a problem with my Principal's family several years ago and has recently been arrested and sent to jail for the second time.
He has targeted staff members to stop working for our Principal or else he would make life difficult for us.
I have had two pages dedicated to me removed and would like this page removed immediately.
My Solicitor is now involved to remove internet pages that have been created by this person.

agent diverted inquiries
We entrusted our property to this agent, they told us they were experts and that they would be doing everything possible to sell our property and that everything was selling quickly, we had no action for months and no offers. then we asked several friends to call and enquire, and it turned out the agent was running ours down saying there were many better available they told three different people theere had been very little intrest in ours and there was much better value available. they were offering to show other properies while we were paying for the advertising . it cost us $100.000 in penalty intrest and holding costs due to the delays. we finaly sacked them and went next door to place and the new agent sold it quickly without any hassles.

i was discusted when i discovered what these greek crooks done to me i listed my property for sale with Ray White Paddington and the agent sold it to the company that owns Ray White Paddington i only became suspicious when i noticed the property relisted a few months later $90.000 more than what it sold for so i did a land title search and company searches and discovered that the company that purchased my home also owned the real estate office this is un australian these greek scammers should have their real estate license revoked and deported back to greece so the can scam their own people not poor hard working aussies

Now let me back that statement up. First of all I hired one of these home tending business’s and from day I had issue’s. No-one did weekly, monthly inspections had they –they would of noticed one of their employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders whichever was indeed breaking the rules…in several ways! Model home furniture was not placed in my home ( I heard this from a realtor who showed my house to a potential buyer AND Which Whom did not make an offer on my house) Curb appeal –my yard is trashed. Weeds 5 feet high, leaves from last fall, dead grass overgrown trees and shrubs. Again all verified by my neighbors. Utilities, well this might be the only plus but make sure that YOU are not responsible one dime. But think about how much those utilities really cost you if you left your home vacant. Minor repair & maintenance—never happened. Things were in worse working condition than when I signed a contract. Repair of property damage. This only applies IF the tending company A) tells you and/or B) if the employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders report it to the tending company. Once you sign a contract YOU are not allowed on the property without being escorted by the tending company it’s self. Once you sign a contract you are basically giving that employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders more rights to your place than you the owner. Please please please read up about the home tending company you intend to use. Check with BBB of your community. Do internet research.Ask friends and neighbors. We went against all our friends pleas. We thought we were being crafty and utilizing a ‘new’ service. Trust me Scamming has been around a long time and I fell prey. I only hope my story saves the next family from destruction. Not only did my house NOT sell, but you should see the nasty mess they left for me, smell the stench within my home, view the destroyed yard(from the pet), and lets not forget the stolen items from my property as well as unpaid utility bills. No proof of insurance was provided to us and the tending company has the contract written so tight that they are NOT responsible for anything that happens to your place. I listed my property for sale with ray white paddington. i found out after a while they were diverting inquiries from my property to sell thier more expensive properies . i had my friends inquire about our property once we recieved no intrest after a few months they told my friends that our property was under contract we allready purchased another property so we needed to sell as soon as possible . with these low life scums it cost us a fortune and they billed us thousands in advertising while they diverted sales inquiries to other properties

We rented a house from Ray White Paddington and for two weeks we were unable to access part of the house as they lost the keys to the balcony doors and it took them two weeks to have copies of the keys cut their customer service is very poor the property manager was very rude and unhelpful
Your just another victim if your dumb enough to deal with ray white paddington you deserve to get ripped off paddington = white trash city
