Razoreye Media Group Scam

I reported RGM to the Better Business Bureau. No response from either BBB or RGM.
I contacted RGM and was told they would cancel my unrequested account (see other online complaints). They said my credit card would no longer be charged. But the card was charged for several more months.

I eventually had to terminate the credit card and have a new card issued to end the madness!

invasion of privacy! Unauthorized credit card withdrawl of $38.83 by razoreye.com for services? provided by THE PRIVACY CHEST. (Ironic that private chest's main gig are warnings about internet scams, etc. !)--------Bob W.

This was suppose to be a free trial service to protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft. I was billed for an account that was canceled back in July. I contact the company and all they did was canceled my account again. And when I ask for my refund they had no number to give me to be reimburse.

The free trial was for the product Web detective Pro and privacy chest. Please don't get rip off make sure you are dealing with a reputable company.

I cannot fill out a cancellation form for this service...I do not need this, nor do I want it...If this does not cease immediately, I will instruct my bank not to honor any deductions from my account...

I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE...PLEASE CANCEL ME...NOW!

What a scam...what a rip-off...I want this done now, immediately, ASAP...Understand? I did not authorize this to be taken out on a monthly basis...So I want it stopped now...

It seems I am in a lI was charged one line of people who fell for the scam tactics or Razoreye. Maybe I didn't read the fine print, Butm I have been changed excessively for this service. I was charged 37.00 on July 14, again on 7/18 and 39.95 on8/4. That adds up to 3 months of charges in 3 weeks.

I have had a similar experience to others, unfortunately I did not review this website beforehand. Fortunately my bank has protections against this type of fraudulent charges and of course will be reporting to all agencies referenced in this blog.

I subscribed to the "Web Dectective Pro", $2.97 for 3 days and of course cancelled this service after the website did the same to me as others - found the person before subscription - then no entries found after subscription. Got an e-mail confirming my cancellation. I thought everything was cool until I got a $38.83 pending charge showing up on my bank account today for "Privacy Chest".

Made all the calls everybody else has on the blog to get this charge removed. I think even more bizarre is how the rep. offered me their services at three different price breaks before finally cancelling my unauthorized subscription to "Privacy Chest". Surely nobody takes "advantage" of these offers, but I suppose some do or they wouldn't try to sell more services. How can they expect a person to do business with them if they've already broken your trust and make it as difficult as possible to cancel "services"?

And of course the rep gave me the "fine print" and "buyer beware" mantra for not refunding my money or canceling the pending charge to my account.

I have contacted one of the other bloggers to help me resolve this.

I never signed up for privacychest. I have no idea who they are. they have taken $38.83 out of my checking account. I did try web detective and it wasn't what they preceived it to be. I did the trial version for $4.90, but instead, $4.90, $39.90, $38.83, plus $1.15 was taken out of my account twice on the same day.Now my account is overdrawn thanks to this ripoff business. My bank has me filling out papers to dispute this. I don't know if I can get it straightened out fast enough. I'm going to have to close my accounts just to protect myself from more withdrawals from this ripoff company. They need to be put out of the ripoff business.
