Realypay.com Never recieve what I have order

I have order a watche in a internet site called www.bergwatches.org. the 3 of march 2013. Ii have pay via Realypay 97.63 $.
I receive from the china sender office that the watch is to the custom office in Zurich Switzerland from the 28 of march 2013.
Today the 8 of march I don't receive the watch. I have asked to bergwatches what happen. And also tray to contact Realypay.com
Iit was impossible to joint.

So I think that the two" actors" bergwatches and the payment Realypay are like a Mafia !
And on internet we cannot joint their site they are disappear.

I ordered shoes on the 17/12/2013 month later I received them only to find that they were the wrong size . The size I ordered was woman's 7 and had men's 8 not happy that there is nothing on the invoice on how to sent them back . I paid through realypay .com which I didn't know was a third party I have emailed Christmas cheaptimberlandboots .com in which I have had no reply

I had ordered 2 items are ( product # LV026, LV1090 ) The Money your company was charged on June/6/2013 but i've just received 1 ( LV026).
How about another item ( LV1090), when it'll be delivery to me.?

Realypay.com payment

I ordered some Thomas Sabo jewelry, after reading their terms ans conditions I knew that they would not be real products. I cancell within 10 mins. When I applied for refund after sending several emails which most of them were returned by the postmaster, I was told that they would take 8% from my refundl, but no mention of this in their terms and conditions. I have just checked my bank account and see that I have received my refund less the 8%, which I totally object to this. I thought the products were just cheaper because they were coming from America. I this company's rules and conditions should be looked at. I have an email that says that the order would take between 6-72 hours to process so why the deduction after only 10 minutes.

Please can somebody can inform how can I contact Realypay payment office?
it is more then couple of moth that i am waiting for refund Transaction number 12271118408100233I .

please let me know how to contact realypay and what to do to have back my money

I bought a Moncler on monclershop, and paid soon by raelypay transiction. After few days moncler contacts me to tell that they couldn't send me my moncler, so I asked to refund me, and they have done it on 7 th dec 2012. they said, you will received your money on your credit card. Now, 22 th feb 2013, I haven't yet received my money on my credit card. It is that possible, is there any problem may you want other details to send me money?freencexa from Italy

too was scammed by them. Ordered Ugg Boots and then realised they were a fake site. Taken my money and I will never see any boots, fake or otherwise. Cancelled my card and my Bank are trying to get the money back
