unfair business practices
I've been REebroker agent for almost 1 year now, I thought everything was so cool, no large percentage splits and also no desk fees. I've listed 2 RENTAL listings, to test the market for my clients. To my surprise, the broker looked into my MLS account, claim that I had atleast 10 lease agreements that was listed and withdrawn. For each lease, the broker Gin wanted to charge $250!? I have provided several emails and proof of these listings were not there when I joined the broker, the broker insisted to collect $2500 dispite the fact that I didn't make any $$ from those cancelled "rental". Don't join this broker if you're looking to save $$. They will jack you left and right regardless if you tried to proof your case or not!
Snake broker Gin Garza! Watch out!
The broker has clearly explained what had happend and why they have charged $250/ case which was for E&O insurance. I am able to resolve this complaint and happy with the result.
uncaring staff and hidden fees
