Reliance Mobile misuse of id document provided for taking new sim

I had taken a sim from smart electronics located at aidc guwahati on about 20june2012.the sim was activated but the number was terminated on 2nd july 2012.contacting reliance care they told me that because of document not submitted the number was terminated.contacting the store keeper he gave me the no of the retailer.the number is [protected].when i gave him complain about he told me that he will check it.but after that he is not answering the call.i have sumitted all the document and it may be misused by the retailer..so i pray you to take necessary steps to help me with the same.
My no was +[protected].the document provided was on the name of Biren Sarmah h no-1 bylane-1.beltola chariali guwahati-781029.
Plz help me with proper steps to avoid misuse of my document.

Reliance Mobile unwanted calls from the company

Respected Sir/ Madam
I am MR James Emmanuel William who is having the Relience mobile no & user My NO Is [protected] my job is iam a general supevisor in an hospital several times i had told the relience subscribers not to send any massages to my mobile nor any stupid songs even though while phone to the customer care they purposely they dont recive the phone uptill now i have recived 9 calls (ie ) [protected], 30/7/11 at 8;1 pm and all company no. so i request to look into the details i shall attch the details [protected] dt- 29/7/11, 9595232374dt-28/7 11at4;16pm, [protected]-27/7/11 at7;9pm [protected]-27/7/11at 10;45, [protected]-25/7/11at635pm, [protected]-27/7/11at3;33, [protected]-31/7 11at7;47, [protected]-31/7/11at8;35pm so if you cant avoid all this nasty things you can better stop my no of relience ishall be wating for your kind reply thanking you

Reliance Mobile unwanted activations & unwqanted marketting calls

I am reliance customer. I have a prepaid reliance cdma number. I am very disturbed with those unwanted calls . It effects my study & other work as well as reliance people become so un handled. They activate any service on my number without my request & deduct a lot of money which useless for me and not only they activate, if i call at the customer care center to deactivate that they dont deactivate that although they renewed it without any preconfirmation and again i have to loose my money. This is not first time i have suffered by this. some times my 50% balance just gone on this stupid activation and if you told to cce for activation they straightly told that this is my fault or i accepted those marketting calls to activate service.
This is a very serious issue. This is a very much a mentle harrisment. please take some serious step to stop this otherwise they will do it in future with customers making them in loss.

I am also reliance coustmer. i am also suffering from the same issue what the people mentioned above...Now and then they are activating the unwanted packs on my number and simply saying it was done from my end. After some days i even not picking up any calls from reliance.. even then they are activating some use less packs. and saying it was done from my end...

Reliance Mobile full talk time

sir,
i have to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid no-[protected]
i have taken the plan of 17 rupees by which we get full balance in every top up in 3rd july 2010 but i have not received full talk time and for that we ask customer care they don't give proper answer, most of the time they will tell our computer application software is not working, n they talk very rashly, please do some thing and solve my problem. otherwise, i think i block my no and use another service.

We had disconnected the Reliance Mobile connected 10 months back and were assured that we will receive the refund in 3 months. After repeated calls to the customer care and posting on the website no action is being taken. After long efforts we managed to get they logged a complaint number [protected] and informed that in 3 working days an CC officer (in what sense they call an officer ) will contact you and resolve the same. They did contact and said the case has been forwarded to the refund team and after that there is no movement.

Till date, I haven’t heard back from anyone, on calling customer care again, I was given the same answer.

WHILE TAKING A NEW CONNECTION THESE GUYS TAKE THE MONEY UPFRONT AND WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING REFUND ITS ALWAYS ON THE BACK SEAT.

I give my no. [protected] & [protected] to port reliance GSM to reliance CDMA since 10/08/2011 but now it not completed port. I gave ever document in 10/08/2011 to port after 20 days no response. I give document again then port is done but no. is not working...
so please start my no. soon

I am using reliance CDMA prepaid mobile and some value added services automatically activated each month from Jan 2011 and company deducted the balance. When I call customer representative they says your money cant refunded i can oonly stop this. Each month they activate different services and cheat the money. I would like to request TRI to make strict rules against them, As the mobile companies always cheating their customers.

I have a reliance sim of Delhi ([protected]).. Since the last 1 and half month my 50 rs has been deducted due to activation of bollywood and joke pack without my consent. I had tried calling customer care but its not reachable. My sim is used only at the time of roaming.
Please pay attention to my problem

Sir,
Reliance Mobile has activated some service called CRBT on my Mobile with out my consent. Further, they do not respond to calls to customer care. Neither they unsubscribe the service when SMS is sent to them. They send a message accepting my request and renew the service religiously on every due date, taking Rs. 30 from my wallet every month. Reliance Mobile misbehaviour by customer care executive

Dear sir /madam.
I am a serving employee of Indian Army posted in outskirts of Kashmir valley. My reliance mobile( MOB NO [protected]) phone was disconnected because I was not able to pay my mobile bill in time.When i paid the bill and after 3 days i called up the customer care *333 to check that why my phone was not reactivated, the customer care employee MR MUKESH KUMAR took my call and commented on me that"ITNI ZOR SE KYU BOL RAHE HO, DHEERE BAAT NAHI KAR SAKTE. HAAN BATAO KYA TAKLEEF HAI".I requested him to behave and told him to connect me to his team senior .MR MUKESH put my call on hold and didnt respond even after holding the call for 11 mins.Finally one lady took my call and connected me to team leader MR PANKAJ who also spoke to me and when I narrated him the humiliation caused to me, he disconnected my call after holding it for a brief moment.He didnt even call me back.
I again after making my mind that I am not going to let it go, called the customer care on *333. MISS JYOTI picked up my call and I requested her to connect me to your team Leader MR PANKAJ. She at first denied but then agreed to connect and requested me to stay on hold . She kept my call on hold for 18 mins and I dont know how I could hear her conversations with some female colleugue who pointed her that the call is on hold, to which MISS JYOTI replied that " TU TENSION NAA LE, YEH KHUD HI KAAT DEGA CALL".Finally after holding the call for 21 mins I could speak to MR INDERJEET, the floor manager.
I narrated the misbehaviour of their employees to him to which he coolly replied that he has forwarded my complaint and we will reach you after 2 days. MR INDERJEET gave me the complaint number [protected].When i requested MR INDERJEET to give me the details of their customer care, he just told me that they are located in Mohali.
It has been 6 days now but i didnt get any call from customer care . At this I am really shocked and amazed to think that the customer care employees, if they can behave with a responsible soldier like me in this manner then how will they behave with an ordinary citizen of this developing country. I just hope that some action would be initiated against these brothers and sisters of miine who in future would behave properly to a inneed customer.

And After that I Call Reliance Customer Care
And tell My problem 5times Rais SR.
But I Have No Recive Proper Resolution And
11 April 2010 At 12:15 PM Rs.10/- 3rd times Debit
But Still Caller Tune Service Not Play till Today.
Pls Activate My Caller Tune Other Wise Give Me Refund.

Reliance Mobile Mobile tower

I like to inform Mr Anil Ambani regarding a mobile tower has been eracted by Reliance mobile on a residential plot B1-51 Sector 'D' LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow226012. I'll request to Mr. Ambani that for the sake of nearby residents health please relocate this tower from here as soon as possible. Another violation is that it is not on a building instead built on full residential plot. Wondoring how such a big company do business in this manner. For sure this could happen only in a corrupt way. Please note that radiation from these towers are extremely dangerous although effect could be visible after several years. Mobile companies are taking advantage of this log time of bad effect and low knowledge of innocent people.

Reliance Mobile network problem

Sir,
I am living at Moolavattom, Kottayam. I was using bsnl for the last 1 year. but now i switched to Reliance as they had better offers. But after taking the connection, i noticed that i have no range in my area.Often i have to walk some ditance from my home to get the network in my phone.
So, i would like to take my complaint seriously and do the needfull.This will be a great help, not only for me but other people living around me, using Reliance connection.

I am using Reliance Mobile since nov.05 in Goa but they have very poor network here and despite making thousands of call to customer care they are not even responding the calls. I have made the complaint so many times but the mistake I did I didn?t note the complaint no. and after 3-4 months they delete the complaint no from there system. The complaint I note the complaint no. since are as under :-

Date 23/02/09 complaint no. [protected] exec. on duty Santosh
Date 09/03/09 complaint no. [protected] exec. on duty Parmeshwar

i have made almost 50 complaints after that but i am not mentioning tham as i have mentioned the oldest complaints.

I am always told that your problem will be solved within five
working days but this problem is not solved in 3 working year also

i m Mohit i put up in old delhi here Reliance's network coverage is very poor and i also want to give my roof on rent for mobile tower it's a 1200 sq ft area at a height of 35 ft and free hold property and it's near kamla nagar.

Reliance Mobile GSM network failure

This is to draw your attention towards the bad network of the new Reliance GSM service.
It has been a grieving fact to report such irregularities in your esteemed company. I have been using the Reliance GSM service since 4 May. But for a major time when i make a call the network is not available. I am having two numbers of Reliance GSM service-[protected] and [protected]. Due to such problems in the network, i hadn't been able to make important calls.As a reason for this i have start using other company's service.

sir/madam,
I am your prepaid customer since 4 years in himachal. But your signal quality increases for some time but now days it is decreased upto 25% then before. sir I have esstimately 100 number in my family and in my friend cirlce and there are maximum 200 customer in my neighbouring .my native place phenuti near chail distt. solan himachal pradesh . In that place your signal strength is very week from last one year and your customer faced problem tocommunicate with others. I have complaint many time to your nearly office personnaly and also on mobile to customer care. But they tell us that this problem is created due to tower and they are helpless to remove problem. I am requested to change the tower or remove this problem soon.

Reliance Mobile No network connectivity

We are staying in a house in the area:

N.S. PALLYA,
BTM LAYOUT, 2ND STAGE,
BANGALORE.

We are having 6 reliance phones in our home. But all of them is having network connectivity problem inside the house. For the last 4 and half months we are suffering largely. Me and my friends are working in S/W company and is really having a tough time with the reliance mobile phone. Nearly all the people around 3000 in our locality are having the same issue with reliance mobile phone.

Reliance Mobile non change of billing address

I am a customer of reliance mobile since the very beginning , and did not have much problems since now.
I have logged a complain to change my billing address to my new residential address , the proof and required documents which have been submitted to the webworld almost 3 times, and complained to the customer care about 70 times now but in vain...

the reliance billing system seems to have a billing problem or they are not effecient enough...
my new address seems to show up on their system correctly however the bills still are going to my old residential address.. after repeated complains to customer care and even after visiting the webworld all they would say is that the address has been updated on their system , and still i receive my bills on the old billing address.. this has been going on for 7 months now without any rectification on the part of Reliance customer care..

This is the problem i face with two of my cell numbers ... I was other wise a very satisfied customer but now i think its time i need to look for other cell phone services...

Reliance Mobile Deactivation of STD call before due date of payment

My reliance mobil no is [protected]. This number is postpaid. My bill of current month is by due date is 12.11.2007. Today i received one sms from the reliance mobil regarding deactivation of std calls in my mobil. I inquiry in the customer care department regarding this deactivation. The officer at customer care only told me that, this deactivation is done because of my credit limit is over. But the officer is not knowing regarding how credit limit is given to the customer. The officer is also not knowing from where i will get information of the credit limit given to my mobil number. Is this type of credit limit can put by under any policy?

i have recd a sms right now that, my std service is deactivated.
shall i ask you why?
My bill due date is 26.04.2008 and amount is 687/-.
How you can deactivate my std facility.
is it a way of service you people providing to you valuable customers.
if not, get immediately activate my std service and send the sms accordingly.
Also, i would like to know how you decide the credit limit, even though i am paying the bills regularly & on time.
if this is a way to behaive with the customer, then we will stop using the reliance mobile.

Reliance Mobile Disconnect the facilities for out going calls

As an old customer of good standing of yours I have been paying your bill regularly. In spite of the fact that your ISD charges on the bills in the year 2004 appear unduly exorbitant and repeated queries from me on this fact was ever unanswered. Still I went on paying your bills as demanded.

Last month an unfortunate incident occurred, a cheque of mine as payment for your bill went dishonored for some mistake or other on my part. When I received an sms just asking me to pay my bill, then I inquired. It is only then I detected from my bank that my cheque that was issued as payment of that bill had been dishonored. There was no message to this effect from your end and you disconnected outgoing calls by sending a message on 7th June 2007. After three days I paid up the bill- a period, which was, naturally taking for to know what had happened for disconnect the outgoing calls.

Yesterday, on 25th June 2007 I received a phone call from Mumbai office informing me that only Rs 800/- was allowed to me as credit limit and I was asked to pay Rs 1600/- but the bill amount is Rs 1248/-. I confirmed the caller that I shall pay the bill amount on 26th June’2007, but surprisingly enough yesterday morning when I tried to make a call from my mobile phone I discovered that the connection for outgoing call was made disconnected without the slightest intimation from your end. May be the caller wants to be a good and sincere employee but to me this attitude is extremely surprising and insulting which is not expected by any customer from a renowned concern like yours.

I have paid my rim bill online on time and my bank show success of transaction also amount was debited from my account.i have inform and complain several time to call center of rim for this instead reliance deactivate my outgoing call. I thing they have very poor services and this suffer costumers.
