NO SERVICE - WILL NOT DOWNLOAD
Paid for 6 months of download ringtones. Does not download or send link to downlod via phone. Will not download when you go to the web site via my phone. The will not answer my e-mails. Clickbank refused the refund request via PayPal. They send a request for Ringophone to contact me and they still have not. They are a rip off. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. IT DOES NOT WORK. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY
paid for ringtones but got nothing

I was able to get my money back. I first contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. I then contacted my bank...my bank gave me there phone number for the bank...the bank can reverse the transaction... the bank's phone number is [protected]. Then I selected the option for why is CLKbank on my bill. I got a person and with a stern voice said, "Ringophone is a scam I paid for the the service but whatever way I try to download either computer or my phone I get an error message. I already logged a complaint with the BBB and I want my money back on my card!" He then asked for my last name my zip, and said I would have the money in my card in 3-5 business days. I also have a e-mail conformation that this will happen...
ring tone paid but not received
I purchase one ring tone to my phone, which I never received by paid for via credit card. No one at Ringotone will reply to my email even though the acknowledge receipt and tell me via email that someone will call immediately. I have sent 6 emails about this and get the same email response back immediately -- "end of story" at their end. Nothing has been resolved though I have still be charged and no ring tone.

i tryed to get ring tones to my cell phone and lap top ten times never got anything .trted to send to my cell like the down load says .never got anything want my money back
I ordered and payed for a crossroads ringtone for my i phone it failed to work despite many attempts. Imagine my anger when returning from work i found a ringophone employee teabagging my poodle
Howdy...just downloaded ringophone to my computer using a creditcard...Im not able to download music to my phone...so I downloaded music to my computer...well least I thought that I did..not able to find it on my computer..how can I find out..and if not please i would like to have my credit card re-embursed asap please.. thank you...Lefty

I purchased ringophone and paid for 6 months of unlimited downloads, they took my money and then switched to ten downloads a day, that was okay but now I can't even get the website to download. Is there a number to contact them or an alternate address?
