Shuran F. Hagwood is a drunk, He's a liar, He's an alcoholic and He's not a real christian and He's not a real man of God! Shuran uses and takes advantage of people, He manipulates people, He forces people to do stuff that they don't wanna do! He lies on good people to damage, destroy, ruin and tarnish their reputation! Shuran be friends homeless people on the street and He lets homeless people inside the apartment building and Shuran lets homeless people inside people's houses! Homeless people be taking over people's houses and overstay their welcome. At Care Bears Lounge on 927 North 27th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Shuran was drinking alcohol, He told the bartender to watch his drink while he go to the restroom, The customer who sat next to him put something in his drink, When he came back, He finished drinking his drink! At his apartment in Apt 105, He and His woman Elaine got into an argument, Elaine put him out of the apartment building at Kilbourn Commons in 2018.Elaine moved out of Kilbourn Commons in early 2019. Do not be friends with Shuran F. Hagwood, Because Shuran will use you and take advantage of you! Stay away from Shuran F. Hagwood in the future!

Shuran F. Hagwood is not a true christian, He's not a real friend and He's not a man of God! Shuran F. Hagwood curses and uses bad language when he is a Christian.He uses people and takes advantage of people.!In March 2018, When Quentin Morgan's apartment(Apt 207) got caught on fire at Kilbourn Commons on 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.The fire messed up Jacqueline Marks ceiling in Apartment 107.The next day on Saturday, A black homeless girl named Tia who is Jacqueline Marks friend and Shuran F. Hagwood's friend came to Kilbourn Commons, Shuran would not let Tia stay in his apartment, because Shuran said if she stay with him, Some s**t will start up with him and his woman Elaine. He let her stay inside a black male tenant's apartment in Apt 301. Tia was trying to take over his apartment until he kicked her out of his apartment and He told her don't come back! In July 2018 Tia came back into Kilbourn Commons and pooped on the front hallway floor until second floor tenants called the police on her and The police came and talked to Tia, The police said, If she comes back, She will be charged with tresspassing. She never came back to the apartment building.When Shuran was a caretaker at Kilbourn Commons, He did not do a good job cleaning up the building, He never wiped down the window ledges in the front hallway. When Philip Bowers became the new manager of Kilbourn Commons in August 2018, Philip did not give Shuran F. Hagwood half off his rent when he was a caretaker, Shuran left Kilbourn Commons and took off in 2018, Elaine stayed inside Kilbourn Commons until she moved out in 2019. Stay away from Shuran F. Hagwood, because he will use you and take advantage of you!
