giving wrong information & false advertising
First, I received convinced information through e-mail that if I paid certain amount of money, I will be eligible to receive gas savings rebate of $25 per month for certain number of years when I purchased $100.00 worth of gas each month. The offer at the beginning sounds real and convinced so I thought this is a good deal and a way for me to save money on gas especially with high gas price. I drove far long distance to go to work everyday and as such I used and spent a good sum of money over $100.00 every month on gas to drive my truck to work and with this rebate offer according to what they presented, I will save $25.00 on gas every month. They presented this rebate as a true offer that saves money on gas, but I did not know that this is actually a scam. After I signed up and paid money in order to start receiving the $25 gas savings rebates, the first thing they did after my payment was cashed is to give me one Excuse after the other, then after a while they changed their name and then sent me a different and another Terms and Condition and not what I originally signed with my payments of over $1000.00. This is when I started to fear that something is not adding up with this business. Then next, they sent me e-mail stating that my $25.00 gas savings rebates per month for more than a year were voided and ended. I have done everything that is humanly possible including writing letter to the company to no avail. They did not answer my letter or explain to me why. I have not received a dime as far as gas savings rebates from this company according to what they presented and promised on their statements or get my money of over $1000.00 that I paid for the rebate back. At this point I cannot think of anything else about this gas savings rebate offer from this company other than a well calculated scam and deceit

Bogus coupon program
The rebate coupon Infinity offers--usually as a part of another company's sales incentive program--is worthless. A $300 grocery rebate program was "discontinued." In its place was either a travel coupon--which from the many complaints found online is also worthless--or a restaurant coupon which turns out to be to restaurants you've never heard of and wouldn't visit, plus the coupon has to be used within a short time period...assuming it is even valid. The $300 gas rebate coupon came with so many requirements and regulations that it was a null and void offer waiting to happen. That's the only thing you can count on from Infinity Incentive Group--that the offer will somehow become null and void and you'll get nothing. If any sales company comes with a coupon offer from Infinity Incentive Group, run like the wind...or expell the sales person from your home immediately. If you should have some other reason to work with Infinity Incentive Group, DON'T DO IT! These people should be in jail.

Was given a rebate certificate for $300 in gas rewards as a "thanks" for attending a sales presentation for a travel company. Followed all the directions to get the rebate certificates including sending them in using certified mail. The first was sent Thursday, 8/25/11. Received the $25 monthly rebate check and next certificate. Sent this one by certified mail 30 days later on Friday, 9/24/11. When my check did not come for some time, contacted customer service on 10/12/11 and was told I didn't get it because they RECEIVED my rebate in less than 30 days. Due to the weekend, they are claiming the first rebate was received in 5 days and the second was received in 3 days, therefore making me ineligible because they received it in less than 30 days and canceling the remainder of the $300 rebate. No where in their paperwork does it say 30 days between the rebates being RECEIVED. The paperwork says that only one coupon may be redeemed within a 30-day period. I have proof via the certified mail receipts that I SENT the second rebate 30 days apart. This is a flat out scam. Who has control of the mail? All I know is I sent it 30 days later. Was told a supervisor would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. On 10/17/11, I called again since no one called me back. Was again told I would get a call back. Finally got a call back and was told because they RECEIVED my 2nd rebate with less than 30 days between, I was not null and void and would get no further rebates. I again stated that I had the certified receipts showing that I had sent them 30 days apart to which Jennifer replied "you are null and void because we received them in less than 30 days apart". I perceived her to be very curt and rude in her tone.
I'm completely agree.
First I forgot certified mail: Void
2nd time: time was gone, because we had a funeral in Europe and time was expired: Void
3rd time: send everything in with the gas receipts, but didn't know that you have to encloe a self addressed evelope, was not written in the letter with the coupon: Void and null.
This is really a scam company. Never do business with them. You never get your money. They belong in jail.
Be careful.

Do not participate in this program. There are too many rules for you to keep track of. I am one of the most organized and detail oriented person and I got caught by their 30 day clause. They received my second round of coupons on the 27th day so now we are disqualified from the entire program. I repeat DO NOT PARTICIPATE!
I had the same situation. After carefully adhering to all their miniscule rules I was informed that I had sent my 2nd set of receipts too soon.
