I can't cancel membership
3 days ago I signed up for the membership and after that I had only problems. I tried to cancel it, but their all 4 phone numbers are invalid and I had no idea how to stop this membership. They gave me fake numbers and it was impossible to reach them. They would charge me for the membership, but I need to stop it before. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice or help?
Bad or no service when called
I had a brand new trane air-conditioner installed. Made a big mess and had leak upstairs. I had them come back 4 times before everything working and they fixed the ceiling that was leaking from pipes from air-conditioner. Had them check air under the warranty the first year no problem, then the 2nd year under the 2 year warranty that they had. They came...
