Shoes don’t fit. I looked forever trying to find how to return them. Basically, you can’t. I finally found an email that had their legitimate address. I emailed them & they suggested that I “give the sneakers to someone else” & they’d give me 10% back. I was like “whaaaat?” I emailed them back twice & haven’t gotten a reply. It was an impulse buy, but I really wish I had read the reviews first.

I ordered Sneakers through Facebook which was my first mistake. I got the sneakers after about three weeks. The ad on Facebook said no problem with returns. I couldn't reach this company and had the charge for$46.00 taken off my credit card. It turns out this company is in China and the address on the package is in California. they said its a way station...
