Not answering to complains
As I stated in my early er complained, Solart NEVER answered my letters of concern regarding the installation date, (Solart never installed) even when I wrote a desperate letter before I had to have surgery.
This was in June 2013 before "the bitter winter" I wrote many Emails no answer ever came, I contacted several former Employees to find out about Solart state of operation, and was told there were serious financial problems and that was the reason all the people I contacted left Solart ( commissions were not paid )
The excuses the owner makes are of no value to me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Fraud
In July 2012, I signed a contract with Solart Group for the installation of a 10 kw rooftop solar system for my home in Toronto at a cost of $49, 833 of which all payments were made in a timely manner.
