Split AC Regarding the Complain of Split AC

I would like to have your kind attention in the below stated matter. I am from Global InnovSource Dehradun. We have bought one Split AC of 1.5 Ton on 6 Jan 2009 from one of the company’s dealer namely Doon Electowares, 68 / 48 Chakrata road, 248001, Dehradun. From starting onwards the product is not responding properly. It has been hardly 6 months from the date of purchase and the AC is not working at all. Then we complain to the service centre “ Dua Enterprises, chakrata road, Majara walli gali, Dehradun”, 3 times they have come and checked the product but they are not able to fix it properly.
• First time they made the excuses of Less gas in the AC
• Second time they took the A.C with them and said some oil leakage was there.
• Third time they again checked and said that we have to fill the gas again, it’s all happened in the period of one month. From last month the A.C is not working at all but they are not replacing it. This is the height of unprofessionalism.
• Even they are not responding to the call immediately, every time they are having excuses.

Dealer is not taking the responsibility of the product and service centre too. Now we have only one choice which we don’t want to do but these people are forcing us to do that “CONSUMER FORUM or filing case against the product”

Kindly help us to resolve it smoothly. Its no doubt that in future we will never go for Electrolux products and same will recommend to our relatives and so on. It’s not because of company but the services which basically they are rendering.

SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASE SPLIT AC 1.5 TON ON 24APRIL2010.I AM UNABLE TO USE MY AC TILL NOW.THERE IS PROBLEM OF GAS LEAKAGE AND SERVICE ENGINEER ATTENDED THE PROBLEM TWO TIMES BUT UNABLE TO SOLVE IT.AFTER EVERY 3 DAY THERE IS PROBLEM OF GAS LEAKAGE.PL. DO NEEDFUL TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.I WILL BE BE THANKFUL TO U.

i am making complaints from the last 15 days that my ac is not working, now i got the feed back that 1st u pay for the chemical wash and after the the further repairing process will start . the person mr tyagi ph no [protected] is asking for rs 800-00 for it though i have amc till 26-05-2013

Split AC Poor quality of service

This is with regard to the poor quality of service displayed time and again by both the LG customer care executives and the LG service engineers which has made me resolve not to indulge in any other LG product again. Only the lowest level of customer satisfaction can be the outcome of inefficient and untrained CCEs who for some reason miscommunicate every time to consumers like me. I don't want to get into the details of the nightmarish experiences I have had with the poor level of service displayed by LG. You are losing customers as the same pace at which you think you gain them. PATHETIC!
