Spray - Lining Coatings BUSINESS COMPLAINT

SPRAY-LINING COMPLAINTS EXIST WITH SEVERAL RHINO LININGS DEALERS WHO COMPETE, MAINLY WITH LINE-X DEALERS. Bill Dalburo is a director and one of the owners of Spray-Lining. The client was the Water Replenishment District
handles groundwater for almost 4 million houses within 43 cities of Southern Los Angeles County. WRD at www.wrd.org is the actual Groundwater Monitoring Agency for Central and West Coast Basin Communities. Their board director contacted my Rhino dealership to coat water treatment tanks. Coatings materials and equipment for this application equated to over 30, 000 square feet. The job bid if accepted was worth over $360, 000.00 to my company, Rhino Linings of Santa Fe Springs (Rhino SFS). Rhino's cost is excessive and Spray-Lining has done some nice job quotes with me but nothing this big. Bill Dalboro of Spray-Lining handles big jobs that many Rhino & Line-X dealers cannot quote because of high cost & lack of support. A few competitors had bad things to say about jumping ship but Dalboro & I made money on all occasions. Now Dalburo knew I was once negligent for failing to obtain and maintain workers compensation coverage as part of the insurance package for my Rhino Linings of Santa Fe Springs. I dealt with that & it was over. Spray-Lining SCAMMED ME. Dalburo not only informed the directors at the Water Replenishment District, he did so AFTER I'd ordered & paid $106, 012.00 for Spray-Lining product, Graco EXP2- high pressure equipment + Graco training costs. Essentially Spray-Lining & Coatings scammed me out of the biggest job of my life, gave the job to their own dealer and stuck me with this bill that legally I have no defense. Proof of this scam was from one of the directors at WRD but I cannot name this person and according to local law I have little recourse to take action, sue or have law enforcement get these slime balls. Now I know why & how Spray-Lining beats Rhino at big jobs: They get Rhino, Line-X and other bed liner dealers great job quote support non-existent with basic bed liner vendors; Spray-Lining definitely produces better, lower cost materials & they know this industry well... Then, after serious trust is built they'll rip the first big job you get from under you. I now know several Line-X, ArmorThane & other dealers who also got in bed with Dalburo to gain trust in Spray-Lining. Most got their guts handed to them! Others are not worried but as soon as a lucrative deal appears they'll help you shoot yourself in the foot. Line-X dealers I now know are gone with a Spray-Lining Dealer that controls their previous territories in similar fashion. Others had Spray-Lining low ball their truck dealer clients, put em out of business then raise their prices when the coast is clear. A few signed non-compete agreements & non-disclosure agreements so if they defend they'll get served legal papers... I have done many big jobs besides truck beds & I may not have experience with giant deals but I doubt the coatings industry operates like this. I hope others who got hurt or put out of business by Spray-Lining add to this post in Complaint's Board because we may have a chance to develop Dalburo's scam into a class action suit. Complaints Board is the best forum according to my lawyer. As of now I'm semi retired & live in the Poconos but I still travel to my family in California and help my son with (what remains) of my business. Spray - Lining Coatings Review of Spray Lining Complaints

Lets discuss issues that business owners have dealing with spray lining brand support. Receiving super great support for field work, product and equipment is crucial. Otherwise feel stranded and its difficult for them provide reliable service to their clientele. Now Lets Review Spray Lining Dealer Support:
Complaints in the bedliner industry are broad. Upon review, a large % business owners who become branded truck bed spray lining dealers such as Line-X, Rhino Linings, Ultimate Linings & Xtreme Liners have felt scammed by minimal dealer support.
These customer service Rhino, etc spray lining complaints include misrepresentations about specialized (not-bed-like) jobs by their brand like giant bridges or blast mitigation. Blame issues exist as to faults of the applicator(s) or the vendor. Responsibilities are on both but vendors should know more than dealer clients. This is usually not the case. Here's where the final client, that is the person(s) who paid the dealer are scammed. Therefore with factual, specified product quality & technical support, a brand name makes no difference.

As for Spray-Lining Equipment Review, the same few manufacturers like Graco and Glasscraft are them.. Others exist but these spray lining equipment brands and are the actual manufacturers of these uniquely engineered machines. Spray on bed liner in fact is only one of the many markets served by this equipment. These manufacturers existed many years before Rhino started. In fact, coatings thru these guns were applied for multitudes of issues way before spray on bed liner existed. Ergo the specialized training by branded sprayed bed linings is basically PHONEY Graco or Glasscraft training. Or the vendor is simply a dealer of Graco or Glasscraft which are much larger companies.
On Material History and Original Application Review, Spray Bedliner Materials of bed liner brands display themselves as the "manufacturer"but this is not the fact. Most spray on bed liner vendors use private label manufacturing & many of them use similar formulas. Most times job quality is dependent on the applicator; not the brand. A few vendors have mixing houses. These mix partially finished materials into tanks dispatched into smaller containers for resale. Using private label companies or just mixing does not mean poor quality or unfair markup. But true chemical manufacturers use raw materials & create 100% of the final product from scratch. These raw materials are usually sold by giant, mostly public companies such as BASF, Sikkens, DuPont, Sherman Williams or PPG. So far no company specializing as a spray on bed liner vendor is publicly held.
As for Material History and original Application: In many cases an auto/truck dealership like Ford, GMC or Toyota benefit by spraying Line-R or Rhino brand bed liner. Familiar brands go well together to create ROI selling & servicing trucks. Some bigger body shops or truck parts shops also benefit from that brand recognition & related synergy creating fair ROI. It is usually different for those having good experience with sprayed lining materials, specialty coatings, or those seeking markets other than pickups or similar small jobs. It seems true that pickups expanded the coatings industry due to the shear number of people who own small trucks, jeeps, etc benefiting from a sprayed (as opposed to plastic) lining. This probably created more interest in other areas that will benefit from a specialty coating besides beds or applications existing prior to bed lining. Previous to rhino, these were known as slip-proofing, tank lining or general thick specialty coating to increase service life of assets of extreme value. So it's quite probable that spray lining pickup trucks expanded not only into items as jeeps, rocker panels & fender wells. It seemingly educated consumers & smaller businesses to many other items midway between giant & small to benefit from these materials applied.
Prior to, "spray on bedliner", & what actually created them were and still are variations of the following: polyurea, polyhybrid, polyurethane, urethane, polyaspartic, aliphatic & epoxy. These coatings & equipment existed well before these spray lining brands existed. As an industry this already existed. Weather these spray on truck bed liner vendors know how to target & satisfy this vast, growing percentage of the coatings industry for their dealers is a big if.
To Keep from feeling scammed in the spray-lining business, there's no argument about the value of a recognized brand. However, before investing in a brand of spray on lining dealership, issues of saturation, higher cost of using it, not-so-specialized equipment, reliable technical support and some way of calculating your risk should be examined.

Weather you're looking for the Best Spray On Truck Bed Liner or you want to Do It Yourself, Lets also make sure you never fall for the ULTIMATE SPRAY LINING SCAM: Many applicators utilize that name "Spray-Lining" as the name of their service or product. The phony representation or scam is that confusion of a spray lining job with the actual company called Spray-Lining! Spray-Lining the company not only is an actual artistic industrial manufacturer (unlike those promoted brand names). Many of there best clients are in fact disenchanted Line-X, etc dealers who almost signed their business to misrepresented demand, unreliable support & phoney business models. All people either buying this spray lining product, services or considering a spray on lining dealership need to be aware of this "SPRAY ON BED LINING" issue!

This is a SPRAY-LINING REVIEW: See www.spray-lining.com
The PROS of Spray-Lining.com:
Spray-Lining dealers like Fox Brothers Spray-Lining www.foxbrosspray-lining.com are successful profit centers. JasonLancaster's Spray-Lining Review is positive at
www.tundraheadquarters.com/blog/2007/07/17/spray-in-review-line-x-bed-liner-vs-rhino-bed-liner . The Rhinolining Bedliner Review at
www.spray-lining.com/reviews/bed-liners/rhinolining-bed-liner-review.php shows
Spray-lining as serious competitors to Rhino. Spray on Truck Bed Liner Reviews
in Weebly at truckbedlinerreviews.weebly.com/spray-on-bed-liner.html reveals
that Dualliner is not a spray in liner at all; it's a drop in liner which is
inherently problematic compared with Spray-Lining themselves or any spray on.
Dualliner is a few sections which, for a very high price still boils down to a
drop-in liner. Hawaii Spray-Lining at www.hawaiispraylining.com shows positive customer reviews but is actually a scam because they're really Armadillo Liners. The real company is Spray-Lining Hawaii atwww.spray-lininghawaii.com which reveals the best compliment: Attempting to copy Spray-Lining... The REAL DEAL IS SPRAY-LINING, revealing Spray Coating Scams, Spray-lining Scams, Fake-Brand Lining & no real warranty Scams which
are all over the net.
The CONS of Spray-Lining:
A few competitors to Spray-Lining are angry or vicious at times, attempting false
allegations to hurt Spray-Lining & it's dealers.
Basic Advice to Management:
Never allow irrational or jealous competitors to bother you or get under your skin. Always read between the lines & see the facts: Copying Spray-Lining with similar names is a form of flattery. Negative, unproven statements may not be controlled hurt but how Spray-Lining & its dealers respond is controllable. Positive behaviors always prevail.
I'm a current employee of Spray-Lining. My name is Bill Dalburo.

I have learned that most DIY bedliner kits do not contain enough material to cover a truck bed properly. I found a few products that cover properly at a competitive price. These systems include Spray-lining, Line-x and Al's Liner. They are good quality and you get the product expected for the price.
These others are basically scams. Having applied numerous bedliners I have struggled with product quantity. I have bought smaller diy kits and felt scammed after finding that there just wasn't enough to do the job. Don't let me get started on 1 part systems. These are cheap and simply cannot provide the durability needed for a truck bedliner. Do not fall for this scam. It probably doesn't classify as that, but it feels like it. Always do your research before buying a spray in bedliner! Or else.
