St Vincent De Paul-Father Joe Villages Blacks with criminal records terrorize residents

Many African Americans with criminal, prison and drug records are allowed to terrorize and harass residents of the permanent housing units of St Vincent De Paul Father Joe Villages. Village Place apartments of 32 17th Street San Diego Ca 92101 is a crack house that is right behing where Father Joe Carroll resides. July 2013 a black woman named Lorraine Prenters of unit 320 attacked a resident without provocation when she was released from jail June 28, 2013 for dealing drugs on the property. The police were called and after viewing the videotape she was given a citation. She continued to harass the victim and was confronted by one of their relatives. The victim was given an eviction notice by Gervon Flannagan the director of housing and Erica Jardine the property manager. Both had knowledge that Lorraine Prenters was on crack and selling it on the property and had been arrested on the property for it but chose to ignore the Anti Drug Abuse Act passed by Congress in 1988. The victim went to court and won with stipulations with Judge Jon Meyers. Three weeks after the trial, Lorraine Prenters continued to harass the victim, make terrorist threats and threaten to do bodily harm to the victim. The victim emailed law enforcement and informed them that a resident named Samuel Hollman in unit 322 had complained of Prenter's and Regina White in unit 212, Sabrina in unit 201 and Veronica in unit 302 coming to his door with bags of meth, crack and speed. Father Joe Carroll's attorney Rebecca J Fortune of Kimball, Tirey & St John found out about the emails, hacked into the victim's computer and subpoened the emails from Google Inc and Cox Communications. Ms. Fortune took the emails which were inadmissable in court to Judge Meyers and Judge Meyers evicted the tenant without good cause siding with the African Americans with criminal and prison records who deal drugs on Catholic Church property, not to mention HUD property that the San Diego Housing Commission is paying half of everyone's rent for. Blacks should not be given too much power, look at what happens? There is dog and pigeon poop all over Village Place property, of course they are going to give ppwer to Gervon Flannagan a black woman who is ghettofied a position. SHe is the director of a crack house known as New Jack City. Samuel Hollman was murdered and his body was found in the desert after the emails were hacked into by Rebecca J Fortune. She reminds me of Patty Hurst from the 70's when she started helping the blacks of the SLA commit crimes and rob banks and manufacture drugs that turn Blacks into monkeys. Also CEO Sister Tricia Cruz of St Vincent De Paul was asked to resign this year because Father Joe Carroll caught on that she was embezzling funds. Joan Kroc when she was alive, did an undercover investigation of St Vincent De Paul to see how residents and guests were treated. She had been given many complaints about the place and wanted to see for herself before she handed over billions of dollars to Father Joe Carroll. After going in as a homeless woman, she was mistreated by security and staff. So she decided to give her billions to Salvation Army instead. Good choice Joan. If you are looking down on St Vincent De Paul now, you are turning in your grave

St Vincent De Paul-Father Joe Villages Abuse of the Anti-Drug Abuse policy passed by Congress

I had no idea that I was signing a lease to live in a crack house. Village Place apartments of 32 17th Street San Diego Ca 92101 is owned by St Vincent De Paul-Father Joe Villages and allows people with criminal and prison records to make life miserable for others by using and selling drugs on the property. If you do not use drugs you are harassed and set up to be evicted. July 2013 a black woman named Lorraine Prenters assaulted a resident on the property after she was released from jail for dealing drugs on the property June 28, 2013. She did it in front of security cameras. The police were called and she was issued a citation. A few days later she went to the persons unit to harass them again and was confronted by a man who lived there. A week later Gervon Flannagan the director of housing issued the victim an eviction notice claiming they were dangerous. They won the eviction in court with Judge Jon Meyers with stipulations that they were to not infringe on the drug users comfort. A few weeks after the trial Lorraine Prenters continued to harass and threaten to harm the victim. They emailed the police. Father Joe Carroll's attorney found out about the emails, hacked into their computer and subpoenaed the emails from Google and Cox. She submitted the emails to Judge Jon Meyers who evicted the victim. It was also mentioned in the emails that a resident named Samuel Hollman of unit 322 complained of Lorraine Prenters and Regina White of unit 212 and Sabrina and her husband of unit 201 coming to his door with bags of crack. Samuel Hollman was murdered and his body was found in the desert May 2014. You do the math. Sister Tricia Cruz CEO of St Vincent De Paul was asked to resign by Father Joe Carroll for embezzlement. Many of the blacks who live at Village Place apartments aka New Jack City have prison and drug records.
