Dear STAR Plus Hotstar
I am writing to you on behalf of the Sarun fandom We Love Barun Sobti and
Sanaya Irani very much and would honestly really love to have them back in
Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Season 3. we understand your channel is one of
the top leading channels of India and your platform of story telling is
unique with an amazing platter of various shows
However the Brand name of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam doon was a trend started by
the amazingly talented Barun Sobti and versatile actress Sanaya Irani. Both
being a fabulous jodi that is recognised world wide and have an immense and
enormous fandom.
As a ardent fan of IPK we would not be able to give the new cast any
justice as we feel that our beloved IPK something that united us and
brought amazing memories to us is being robbed by the corruption and ego of
the producer (4 lions Gul Khan)
Sarun is not just a name it was a way of life for us fans that helped us
cope with the daily struggle of the day to day hectic lifestyle that we use
to live. Waiting for 8 pm to happen so that we could rush home was
something that none of us would ever forget. Sanaya and Barun both ignited
the magic and made that world possible.
Any other actress apart from Sanaya with Barun is a very preposterous thing
especially because your comparing a senior versatile actress like Sanaya
Irani who has had an amazing line of shows since her career to a girl who
is comparatively new and has been replaced by Ekta Kappor on Fan demand
from another show on a different channel . Dont get us wrong its not like
we have a personal agenda towards Ms Shivani Tomar but your logic as far as
characters are concerned has no sense Sanaya Irani is capable of playing
any character there is no doubt in that
We understand that your channel is showing a new story but it is using all
the elements of the old one which seems to bring injustice to all of us who
still cherish the show and its magic.
It our kind request that you please pass on the message to your creative
and technical team to kindly have a look at what the fandom has to say as
we the fans of this great brand called Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon are not
happy and still believe that your channel can and will provide us justice
We will keep emailing and tweeting in hope that your creative and business
team understands our request. You guys didnt let us down in 2012 please
