STREAM BANK PLC cheating the funds tranfer after received all their charges

Cheated me first this site & secondly stream bank plc, bnak was collect all its charges lastly cheating me its impossble to transfer my money to india.Therefore iam requesting to site please help me think as a iam brother to you people. Please don`t think this guy have a lot of money, iam alredy fall in big loan hole so, one iam requesting site please help me to receive back what i have deposited into steram bank i don`t want there award money i hope you will understand my wordings .

STREAM BANK PLC delay for transfer winngs

Respected sir/madam,

as per your `s 03.03.2010 dtd message regading the winngs collection from Stream Bank PLC I Complete all service cost deposited . stream bank send email to me regarding your transfer sucessful & get within 24 hrs your winnings to my bank account . now bank saying thatIndia is very backward in Technological expance and this is causing great difficulty.
We do not have any other option than to deliver your Money to you through a Diplomat.Send us your Full Name and Address so we can send our diplomat to deliver your winning funds directly to you in India As soon as possible.
what can i do for this ? is it realay they sending diplomat for disburshing my winngs ? please i belive you please do the needful in this regard
